20:20 (IST)11 OCT 2016

Hello friends and welcome to Sportskeeda’s live coverage of the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup. Today we bring to you the all crucial clash between India and Bangladesh, which is highly important for both teams. While India need to win this to ensure that they are on track for a semi-final spot, Bangladesh can put one step in the knockouts by beating the host nation.

Things have not looked good for India in the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup as they are yet to play up to their potential till now. Anup Kumar has been electric for India and so has been Manjeet Chhillar but rest of the team has been pretty ineffective, which has led to them losing the first match to South Korea. Though they won the next match against minnows Australia, it will be the game against Bangladesh that will determine whether they qualify for the knockouts or not.

Bangladesh, on the other hand, are no pushovers and won their first match in a handsome manner. They are an extremely attacking side and are likely to take the game to India. They, however, will need to be wary of the threat posed by the likes of Manjeet Chhillar, Rahul Chaudhari and Deepak Niwas Hooda. Bangladesh will be looking to give their best in this match because a win against India could cause lead to them almost securing a top four spot.
