Sky Sources have reported that despite a delay in the conclusion of this deal, the 2 clubs have arrived at a £25 million deal for the Austrian striker.
The move could see the 28-year old become West Ham's highest paid footballer.

Pep has confirmed that Kolarov wants to leave with AS Roma as his likely destination. DailyMail reports that the Man City manager has added that though Kolarov has helped his team a lot over the last season, he is not willing to work with a player who wants to leave the club.
