According to Spanish publication Sport, Chelsea are close to signing Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore. The Spaniard who impressed during his time in the Premier League last season reportedly wants to play in the top division despite his Middlesbrough getting relegated and Conte has identified him as Chelsea look to strengthen their wing-back options.

Bayern Munich have responded to speculation linking Robert Lewandowski to Chelsea and Manchester United by insisting that the player wants to remain at Allianz Arena despite all the rumours. A club statement read, "Lewandowski does not want to leave Bayern. There are no talks with other clubs and there won’t be any. If other clubs negotiate with long time contract players they risk a FIFA penalty.”

Ligue 1 outfit Lyon are planning to launch a bid for Manchester City center back Eliaquim Mangala, reports L'Equipe. The Sky blues splashed out £32M to sign the player back in 2014 from Porto and have been disappointed with the output of the Frenchman. Mangala spent last season on loan at Valencia and has been deemed surplus to the requirements at the Etihad with Guardiola trying to recoup at least £17M for the defender.

According to Marca, Jose Mourinho does not want Cristiano Ronaldo back at Manchester United. The former Real Madrid manager is reluctant to reunite with Ronaldo again after the duo's relationship deteriorated during his time in Spain and also believes that the deal will not make financial sense.
