According to AS, Paris Saint-Germain are close to reaching an agreement with Real Madrid defender Pepe who will join the club on a free transfer. Pepe is believed to have asked for €10M, after tax, over the course of a two-year deal and the Ligue 1 giants are ready to offer him the same.

Swansea City are in advanced talks to sign Las Palmas midfielder Roque Mesa, according to Sky sources. The player who has made 126 appearances for the La Liga outfit and will cost the Swans around £11M.

According to Daily Star, West Ham are planning to plot a £50M swoop for Arsenal duo Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott with the Gunners planning to make a huge squad overhaul under Arsene Wenger this summer.

Leicester City midfielder Nampalys Mendy has reportedly told L'Equipe that he wants to return to France and join Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux. The 25-year-old signed for Leicester from Nice last summer in a £13M move and was limited to just nine appearances in his first season in England due to an Ankle injury. "I heard about the interest of Nantes but neither me nor my adviser have been contacted," Mendy told L'Equipe. "Anyway, since my adviser talked to me about the possibility of joining Bordeaux, I'm set on it.”

According to Marca, Tottenham could make a move for Carlos Abad after Real Madrid opted against signing the Spaniard. Abad impressed for Real Madrid Castilla and his performances are believed to have caught the eye of Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino. The youngster is also reportedly wanted by unnamed clubs in La Liga and Serie A too.

BREAKING: Everton have reportedly agreed a deal for Henry Onyekuru, according to Sky sources. The Nigerian striker was the joint top scorer in Belgium last season and has been linked with a move to both Arsenal and West Ham United. The 20-year-old has not been granted a work permit yet and will spend the next season on loan at Anderlecht.

Sevilla have reportedly made an offer in the region of €13M (£11.4M) for Sampdoria striker Luis Muriel, according to Estadio Deportivo. The Colombia international scored 13 goals in Serie A last season and had previously attracted interest from West Ham United in the Premier League.

According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Juventus have turned their attention to Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi after not being able to convince Sevilla midfielder Steven N'Zonzi to join the club. Matuidi has just one year left on his current contract at the Parc des Princes and an extension has not yet been offered.

Charlie Taylor has agreed to join Sean Dyche's Burnley side from Leeds United, reports the Daily Mirror. The player will join on a free transfer after running out of contract last summer.

According to the Mirror, Liverpool have entered the race for Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. The England international is contracted to north London club until the summer of 2018 but has revealed that he would like to leave the club in search of greener pastures.

James Rodriguez has agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a proposed move to Old Trafford, reports Diario Gol. The Los Blancos are reportedly looking for a fee in the region of €70M and Jose Mourinho is determined to meet Florentino Perez's demands to bring the Colombian to the Premier League.

According to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool have offered Watford the chance to sign out of favour winger Lazar Markovic. The Reds are believed to be interested in a fee of around £12M.

Antonio Conte and Chelsea are reportedly plotting a move for Sevilla winger Vitolo, according to the Daily Mirror. The negotiations are believed to be already on the way after Chelsea are set to lose out on Federico Bernardeschi, who was previously identified as the option to bolster their squad for the upcoming season.

According to the Sun, Serie A club Lazio are in a talks over a £6M bid for Sunderland striker Fabio Borini.

Rayo Vallecano are looking to re-sign Southampton goal-keeper Paulo Gazzaniga, according to AS. Gazzaniga has returned to Southampton after spending the 2016/17 season on loan at Rayo and the Spanish second-tier club are keen to bring the player back to Spain.

According to Daily Mirror, Manchester United are closing in on the £35M capture of Nemanja Matic from Premier League rivals Chelsea. The Serbian has reportedly agreed a four-year deal worth £150,000-a-week and the Blues will let him move as soon as they wrap up a deal for Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
