Barcelona will not pay Neymar & his father £23m loyalty bonus because "agreed conditions were not met". They've taken money back from the lawyer.

According to Barcelona, conditions were that he didn't negotiate with other clubs before 31 July, announced that he'd stay and then get the bonus on 1st September.

Roma confirms no change in Mahrez situation
AS Roma sporting director Monchi had this to say at a press conference about the potential arrival of Riyad Mahrez,
"The situation with Mahrez has not changed. I don’t know if Mahrez or somebody else will come but, whoever arrives, he will be a big player who is able to add quality to an already magnificent squad."

Liverpool make £15m bid for Benjamin Andre
According to Calcio Mercato, Liverpool are keen on signing Benjamin Andre from Rennes. Liverpool have been scouting the 27-year-old midfielder and Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of the Frenchman.
