According to Sky sources, Manchester City goal keeper Joe Hart will be allowed to go out on loan again if a permanent deal for the shot-stopper cannot be agreed this month. West Ham are said to be leading the race for the England international who has found life difficult at the Etihad ever since the appointment of Pep Guardiola.

Hull City, West Brom and Fulham are reportedly monitoring Burnley's Scott Arfield, according to the Sun. The player has a single year remaining in his contract and could be available for a fee of £2.5M!

Despite attracting attention from many top European clubs, Isco has decided to stay at Real Madrid and fight for his starting XI spot. He further added,"Of course I rule out China, I have to think about the World Cup. Atletico is a club that I have a lot of affection for, independently of whether I go there or not, I will continue to love them.”
