Chelsea handed Ola Aina a three-year contract extension before loaning him out to Torino until the end of the season. The Italian club will also have the option of making Aina's move permanent next year for €10 million.

AS Roma have announced the signing of World Cup Winner and former Barcelona target Steven N'Zonzi from Sevilla.

Napoli have loaned out Roberto Inglese and Alberto Grassi to newly promoted Parma for the upcoming Serie A season.

Manchester City youngster Patrick Roberts will be loaned out to La Liga outfit Girona for the entire 2018/19 season.

Barcelona director Ariedo Braida has ruled out a move for Manchester United superstar Paul Pogba this summer. Braida told Spanish radio: "I don't think we're going to move for Pogba, but he's a great player."

PSG want Eriksen

Paris Saint-Germain are lining up a £100 million bid for Tottenham Hotspur ace Christian Eriksen. Thomas Tuchel has been in search of a new midfielder all summer long with N'Golo Kante being one of the top names on their shortlist off-late.

Eriksen has just two years remaining on his contract and has been an influential player for Spurs since his arrival in 2013. Real Madrid are also looking at a potential successor for Luka Modric and the Danish International could be in a tug-of-war before the closing of the transfer window on August 31.

Similarly, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will have no intentions of selling Eriksen this month as they will be unable to sign a replacement until the January transfer window.

Juventus turn down Pjanic bid

Juventus have rejected a €60 million bid from Real Madrid for Miralem Pjanic. The midfielder still has three years remaining on his deal with the Italian Champions and is likely to be offered a contract renewal.

Real have been in the hunt for a new midfielder as Luka Modric's future in Madrid looks uncertain after the Croatian recently claimed that he would like to play in Italy. The Champions League holders have been linked with the likes of Thiago Alcantara of Bayern Munich after loaning out Mateo Kovacic to Chelsea last week.

Pjanic has also been on the radar of Chelsea, Barcelona and Manchester City in the last one month but stated that the only possibility of him leaving Turin would be if Juventus were to sell him.

Inter Milan boss Luciano Spalletti has agreed terms on a three-year contract extension with the Nerazzurri.

Spalletti will be entering the second year of his tenure at Inter this season

Paris Saint-Germain winger Goncalo Guedes is edging closer on a return to Valencia. Following his arrival in January 2017, Guedes failed to break into the PSG starting lineup and made just 13 appearances for the French Champions in his debut season.

The Portuguese international enjoyed a successful 2017/18 campaign on loan at Valencia and PSG could recoup €50 million from the sale of Guedes.

Matteo Darmian remains intent on leaving Manchester United this month and the trio of Juventus, Napoli and Inter Milan are all heavily linked with the Italian defender.

Barcelona eye Liverpool target

Barcelona have rekindled their pursuit for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot. Liverpool have also cited their interest in the Frenchman and could make a move for him in the January transfer window.

Rabiot has entered the final year of his contract and talks of a contract renewal haven't put on the table yet by the PSG Board. Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of Rabiot and will hope Barcelona do not make a push for the 23 year old before the closing of the transfer window on August 31.

Sevilla midfielder Steven N'Zonzi has landed in Italy ahead of completing a €30 million switch to AS Roma.

Schalke are interested in taking Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan but the possibility of the 22 year old leaving Chelsea this season looks extremely unlikely. Loftus-Cheek is determined to stay at Stamford Bridge and fight for his place under head coach Maurizio Sarri despite competition for places in Chelsea's midfield.

Leganes have confirmed the signing of Jose Arnaiz from Barcelona for €5 million. The 23 year old has signed a five year contract with the Madrid based outfit but Barcelona have retained a buy-back clause in Arnaiz's contract.
