This has been a great few days for Indian sport with national teams registering wins against New Zealand (Cricket), Pakistan (Hockey) and Iran (Kabaddi). By winning today against China, India will move to the top of the table and cement a place in the top four. Remember, the team that finishes first plays the fourth placed side in the semi-final.
India have played reasonable hockey but are yet to hit top gear. Bad news for India is that goalkeeper Sreejesh will be missing the match today due to a foot injury. There is a bit of a rain delay and at present, the game between Pakistan and Japan is going on with the former leading 3-2.
