That's it from us for tonight. Thanks for joining us. There is still more action in India football still to go with BFC still alive and kicking in the AFC Cup.

Thanks for joining us. This was Souvik Roy Chowdhury (@souvikrc). Good night and good bye.
...
What this also means is that BFC will play AFC Cup football next season. Not only redemption for Roca and his men but a big big prize at the end of it as well. This victory is going to taste real sweet.
...
Not much separating the two sides in that match but what matters are those two goals. And this means everything for the BFC fans who have made that long journey all the way to Cuttack.
...
And what a win. A spirited effort. They were clearly the better team on the night and deserves this.

They didn't allow Sony Norde or Katsumi Yusa to play their game and showed us that they are a complete team. They were without Sunil Chhetri and saw Udanta go off in the second half.

But CK Vineeth, who replaced Udanta showed us that they truly have depth in their squad. The Indian forward might have lost his job earlier this week but didn't lose his cool in front of goal.
...
AND THAT'S IT!

BENGALURU FC ARE THE FEDERATION CUP CHAMPIONS
...
120+2' - OFFSIDE!

Corner is cleared and comes back to the right. Kotal feeds it to the Japanese but he is flagged.
...
120+2' - Bagan get a corner as Katsumi finally runs into the box.
...
Two minutes added on. Bagan looking for a miracle now.
...
119' -  GOAAAAALLL!!

And it's VINEETH again. And he is the hero of the game. Ran with tha ball at tha defence. Good and low hard shot on target. Debjit got his hands to it. But he should have done better.

GAME OVER!
...
118'-  BFC WITH A GOLDEN CHANCE!

Three on two but a weak pass from Alwyn George means Raju Gaikwad gets back with a tackle.
...
118' - BAGAN WITH ANOTHER CORNER!

Norde buys another corner as his shot is blocked.
...
117' -  BAGAN WITH A CORNER!

Norde down the left and gets a corner. Delivers the corner himself and that is cleared by Glen.
...
116' - Kotal with another ball in. But that is again overhit.

Balwant penalised  this time for a foul on Johnson.
...
115' - FOUL!

Ball into the box where Jeje is deemed to have fouled Johnson.
...
114' -  Katsumi dragged down from the back. Lyngdoh already on a yellow and lucky to have survived that.
...
113' -  Play back on.

Bagan throwing everything at them. But BFC are standing tall at the back. Glen and Vineeth meanwhile combine to eat out some precious time.
...
111'- Amrinder DOWN!

The goalkeeper goes down under the challenge from Balwant as Kotal pings another ball forward.

The keeper is going to milk the clock here.
...
110' - Glen is offside!

Kotal with a great ball in and Balwant gets to it at the far post but his header into the middle is behind Jeje. Cleared.
...
109' - Sloppy from BFC!

They seemingly have fallen back now. Will that be a big mistake now?
...
108' - Kotal down!

Being carried off. Everything going wrong for Bagan.
...
107' - GOAAAALLL!

Vineeth again on the left. Cuts back in and gets a shot off. Deflected off of Anas and Debjit has no chance.
...
106' - BFC ON THE FRONT FOOT!

...
And we are off! Last chance for someone to be a hero in open play.
...
And that's all for the first half.
...
105' - VINEEETHH!! MISS!

Golden opportunity for the man from Kerala. Jhingan with a cushioned delivery. Finds Vineeth at the far post who was making a late run. Seven yards out but he can't keep the shot on target.
