The Mariners failed to get any goal in the first half. But they buckled up and strutted their stuff in the second 45. Came out resolved and Kromah finally delivered.

90+5' - AGAIN OFF THE LINE!

Nikhil Kadam with the delivery again. To the far post where the ball gets to Chesterpaul. He takes a touch and puts it in a dangerous area. Headed towards goal but that is again cleared off the line.

90+4' - OFF THE LINE!

Shilton D'Silva again with the attempt but that brought about a great save. Another corner.

90+3' - Kamo down the left. He takes a shot and that goes out for a corner.

It is the SS skipper who comes up for the penalty and looked to find the top corner. But instead has sent it way over the bar.

90' - PENALTY FOR SS!

A late consolation on the cards. And it was Abulbakkar again who was fouled in the box by Kingsley.

88' - Another FK for MB but Nikhil Kadam's delivery is disappointing.

87' - Kamo down the left. Plays an one two and looks to get in on the goal. But he can't get in to a really dangerous area.

87' - The final sub for Mohun Bagan. And it is another goalscorer Azharuddin Mallick who is now taken off.

The ball came in from Arijit Bagui again. Dalraj Singh and co failed to clear their lines on the first go.

The ball pinged around in the box and finally fell to Shilton D'Silva. And he turns and hits it on the turn and into the net.

83'- Another great attack from Mohun Bagan down the right and that results in another corner.

82' - OFF TARGET!

Kamo down the right, Has little support and thus the Ivory Coast man decided to have a crack at it. But is well off the mark.

81' - Second change for Mohun Bagan as Kromah is taken off as Naro Hari Shrestha comes on.

80' - Kromah and Lyngdoh look to combine in the final third. But the winger's ball for the onrushing forward has a bit too much. Cleared.

78' - LYNGOOOOOOOH!

Great run on the right and then cuts in. Takes a shot on his weaker left foot. But the shot is well fisted out by Maidul in goal.

77' - A FK for SS near midfield. Floated in for Abubakkar but he can't get the better of Kingsley.

76' - A good ball floated in from the right but the header from a SS player balloons over the top of the goal.

75' - Brilliant ball over the top from D'Silva in midfield. Arijit Bagui looked to get to that and does so. But he can't maintain possession.

74' - Kromah nearly played in again. But well defended there as SS gets a GK there.

73' - Ricky looks to go down the left. But he can't make much in roads there.

71' - D'Silva with a rampaging run and he looks to play Kromah in.

But the keeper comes out in time to snuff that out.

Played in down the right by Chesterpal. He got some space in the box and his eyes lit up. Lashed at it and he can find only the side netting.

55' - Surchandra down right now. A late tackle came in and has left the MB midfielder out of breath.

Another corner as Chesterpaul tried to cross after reaching the byline.

Ball in from Arijit Bagui from the right. Kingsley had come forward for this corner and he heads it on goal. Bhaskar had saved it. Falls to Kromah who rifles that one into the net.

51' - SS on the counter and Manish with a great ball in from the left.

But MB clear their lines.

Surchandra with the delivery but the SS keeper drops it. Kamo with a change from three yards but he can only hit it straight at the keeper.

49' - BLOCKED!

Great ball from Chesterpaul and his low cross finds its way to Kromah in the middle. But his flick is weak and blocked. The Liberian gets to the ball again first and his second shot results in another corner.

48' - SHOT!

Ball from Surchandra finds Kromah. Great attempt from Kromah who turned his defender inside out with a flick over the top. Turns and hits it on target but straight at the keeper.

47' - A foul on Kromah and MB again have another FK.

46' - MB with the first attack as expected. Floated ball in from the right via Bagui but that is easily collected by the GK.

And we are off to the start of the second 45.

The referee is back on the pitch but the player are yet to appear from the dressing rooms.

The double Ks - Kamo and Kromah have looked fairly listless so far. Whilst Azharuddin and Lyngdoh have threatened down the wings time and again, their performances too have not been up to par.

It's been a frustrating end to the first 45 minutes of MB's new season.

What has really stood out so far has been MB's lack of clear cut chances.

And that's it. The referee finally blows the whistle to bring the first half to an end.
