NBA Playoffs 2018 Conference Finals: Houston Rockets Vs Golden State Warriors

The Warriors had just 3 made field goals in the 4th quarter, and that definitely affected their scoring ability. They were unable to involve Durant for the most part, and the ultimate cheat code they had went to waste. Having given the momentum back to the H-town franchise, what remains to be seen now is how the Rockets take advantage of this mental breakdown by the Dubs and run to a 3-2 lead in their home game.

Curry misses a game-tying look, which was open. The Rockets take the W to get to the Toyota Center level in the series at 2-2. This was by far the best Conference Finals game thus far!

CP3 misses his first freebie, but makes the second. Kerr makes amends for not calling a timeout before the last Warriors' possession to call one now. 0.5 seconds still left on the game clock, the Warriors trail 92-95.

The Rockets defend the Warriors' last possession impeccably. The game is effectively over as the referees are checking for a foul by Livingston on the rebound attempt off a Klay shot. It is eventually called, so CP3 goes to the line to shoot two.

Draymond missed his second free throw. The score's at 94-92 as the Rockets lead!

Draymond Green is pushed in the back as he goes up for an offensive rebound on Curry's missed layup.

Kevon Looney makes a crucial block on Chris Paul during the drive, and the Rockets commit a 24-second violation. The Warriors call time to draw up an inbounds play with 42.5 seconds left in the game!

Curry hurries into a three after Klay misses one and the offensive rebound is taken by Green.

Eric Gordon misses an open three, and it goes out of bounds as no one is in rebounding position.

KD makes both to take the score to 91-94.

Durant is fouled by Eric Gordon in transition, and he'll shoot two free throws.

CP3 goes to work on Steph, he gets the switch onto looney, passes it to Harden who misses.

The Warriors turn it over at a crucial juncture of the game!

Curry sinks the free throw and makes it a 2-point game. 89-91 Rockets lead.

A timeout has been called by Mike D'Antoni with 3:30 left in the game.

The two best guards in the league have had a fascinating head-to-head this night as Harden dominated the first half, before Steph got the momentum right back in the Dubs' favour.

Curry makes amends for that by getting an and-1 layup as Harden is called for a shooting foul on his drive.

Gordon hits both to give the Rockets a 5-point lead. The Warriors have missed their last 7 shots.

Eric Gordon gets Klay to bite on the pump fake. He'll go to the line for 2 freebies.

Paul attempts a steal off a Durant pass but he steps out of bounds.

Harden beats Jordan Bell of the dribble to make it 89-86.

Curry misses a wide-open 3 after the Rockets decide to double Draymond. Paul misses at the other end himself.

Ariza hits both to give the Rockets the lead back at 87-86.

Ariza is fouled on the drive by Kevin Durant. He'll shoot two as the Warriors enter the penalty. Both teams are in the bonus now.

Durant draws a shooting foul from Ariza from the inbounds play. He shoots two and converts both of them to give the Warriors a sliver of a lead at 86-85.

Ariza is turning up the heat on the Warriors on both sides of the ball! He commits a reach-in foul on Durant as a consequence, but his spirit will rub off well on his teammates.

Ariza steals the ball from Curry. Gordon shoots the three twice, and the Rockets get the offensive rebound on both occasions! Looney fouls Gordon on the drive, it's his 5th personal foul.

Durant knocks down another of his god-like midrange Js. Seriously, this is the cheat code the rest of the league has to deal with.

A correction is made by the refs as Draymond was fouled after he took the dunk attempt. The Warriors inbound it to restart play.
