So the Warriors steal home court advantage from the Houston Rockets. They are now 25-3 in the Playoffs since KD joined them. They haven't had a single series even go to 6 games. Can Houston be the first?

Game 1 looked like their best shot. There are obvious spots to improve but ideally, you want to capitalize on your best player's great game. All that isolation ball hurt Rockets eventually. They have 48 hours to look at film but it's quite simple for the Rockets - no more defensive breakdowns especially in the fourth quarter and got to move the ball more, again especially in the final period when Harden looks fatigued after playing iso almost all game.

FINAL WHISTLE: Golden State Warriors win 119-106, take 1-0 series lead.

Harden takes the last possession alone, misses the contested shot. Story of the game really.

Iggy makes both. Rubbing salt in the wounds really.

KD had a chance to dribble the ball out but the Rockets foul Iggy. UNNECESSARY!

Paul gets the Harden miss and banks it in. Still a 11-point lead

Draymond gets fouled again. Warriors playing hot-potato with the ball.

CP3 makes a quick layup but the lead just too much to overcome.

But he fouls Green on the other end and Draymond makes both FT's with the Rockets in the penalty

CP3 runs back down and knocks in a baseline jumper.

KD makes both. Lead now at 14 with 1:20 left

KD gets fouled by Harden on the other end.

Rockets miss a key long-range shot. Curry gets the rebound and Rockets look beaten. 1:24 left in the game.

Curry on the split cut, drives to the rim and gets his finger-roll to fall. Lead to 12.

02:07 minutes left in the fourth quarter, Warriors 110-100 Rockets

Harden draws the foul on Curry, that his fifth! Now the Beard gets 3 FT's.

Iggy gets fouled and now FT's coming. Rockets are in the penalty and have only one timeout left.

Green blocks PJ Tucker's shot but then he turns it over on the other hand.

Curry banks in a scoop layup. He blows up Harden there and the lead is back to 10

Warriors lose the ball too though on an Iggy drive. Rockets come right back and score via an Ariza layup

Mike D'Antoni wanted a backcourt violation on the previous possession but there was a deflection.

Rockets call a TIMEOUT!

They need an extra possession with an offensive rebound but the Warriors extend the lead back to 10 with a Klay 3!

Durant turns it over on the Harden steals it but the Rockets return the favor by turning it over as well on a failed alley-oop lob attempt.

Iggy to Steph to Iggy and he gets fouled.

Klay misses the corner 3 on the dime from KD. On the other end, Harden turns it over and the Warriors get running.
