That was a great fightback from Team Bengaluru after Chennai seized an initial lead. But having conceded those vital last few points, Chennai might have just put an end to their hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals.

The Chennai Smashers have thus beaten the Bengaluru Blasters 3-2.

The Blasters now trail the Chennai Smashers 1-3.

While Leverdez is ranked 24th in the world, Dey is nearly 40 places below him at 63rd!!
