Ravi Kumar dominated in the first match against Abdullaev of Uzbekistan - his opponent for the final - but wrestling is a game of surprises so the Indian grappler will need to be cautious. We are taking a small break and will be back for the big final at around 9 pm IST.

Indian wrestler Ravi Kumar Dahiya has entered the finals of Poland Open Ranking Series freestyle 61kg. He overcame Nathan Khalid Tomasello of USA 9-5 in the group stages before beating Reza Ahmadali Artinagharchi 7-4 in semifinal.

Remember Ravi Kumar is actually competing in a weight category (61 kg) above his normal 57 kg. The comeback victory hence is all the more impressive.

TOTAL DOMINATION!!! Ravi Kumar flies to a 13-8 lead and clinches the match. Stunning stuff from the Indian grappler. Kept his cool despite trailing 8-0 at one point.

And Ravi takes the lead. It is now 9-8 to the Indian wrestler. What a turnaround. 30 seconds still on the clock.

In an incredible turn of events, Indian wrestler Ravi Kumar has made it 8-7. Big match mentality show by the Tokyo-bound Indian.
