Suddenly, the game is slipping away from Sindhu's grip and she trails 16-19.

Yip keeps up the pressure and maintaining her slight lead, 17-16.

Sindhu trailed 13-15 but has now made it all square in the second game 15-15.

The rallies are getting longer and Sindhu's defense will be tested here. She needs to be careful and cannot be complacent. Yin now leads, 14-13.

And they continue in the same fashion, tied at 13-13.

Yin is doing a very good job, post-interval. She has now levelled this game, 12-12.

But the Indian, brimming with confidence, knows very well where to accelerate. She takes an 11-9 lead at the interval.

Yin really is trying hard and her hard work is indeed paying off. She has made it just a one-point gap as she trails Sindhu, 9-10.

But Yin is starting to make her mark now and has taken four straight points to lead 5-2.
