21:48 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

That is all from our live coverage of Real Madrid vs Deportivo la Coruna. It was an interesting game and fun to have you with us.

21:45 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Real Madrid are successful in regaining their 6-point lead over FC Barcelona at the top of La Liga table. And that too, without Ronaldo, Modric and Benzema.

21:44 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Madrid looked comfortable holding on to their 1-0 lead before Joselu turned things around with his quickfire brace. Madrid looked destined to see their 34-match unbeaten streak come to an end but as luck and Sergio Ramos would have it, they have snatched a victory out of nowhere.
The result is harsh on Deportivo, who deserved a point at least. They scored twice, hit the post twice yet walk away with nothing. Football is cruel at times and Deportivo are experiencing that right now.

21:41 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

The Real Madrid captain stepped up once again to guide his team to victory. It was Barcelona last week, it is Deportivo this time. The venue and opposition may change but Ramos remains constant. A real captain's performance from the Spaniard. What a player!!!!

21:40 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Real Madrid continue their unbeaten run and matches Barcelona's record. They looked done and dusted 10 minutes ago but Ramos doesn't believe in giving up.

21:39 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

FULL-TIME:  Real Madrid 3-2 Deportivo la Coruna

21:38 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

WHAT A PLAYER!! Ramos loves injury-time winners. Doesn't he?

21:38 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

It was Ramos who bailed them out against Barcelona last week and it is the captain again, who scores the winner for his side. Real Madrid win a corner after Tyton tips a header over the bar and crashes against the post. Kroos swings in the ball and Ramos is there to bundle home the winner.

21:36 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

90+3' GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLL!! SERGIO RAMOS IT IS... WHO ELSE. REAL MADRID secure a late late win.

21:35 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

It all started with Morata trying to lift Tyton up. Sidnei barges into Morata and pushes him away from his keeper. Ramos joins the melee and pushes Sidnei as Lucas Vasquez joins the brawl. Both the sides are trying to calm the situation. And finally they succeed.

21:32 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

89' YELLOW CARD: Keylor Navas and Sergio Ramos are booked in the aftermath of the brawl. Ramos misses the next match due to the booking.
Sidnei of Deportivo is also booked for pushing Morata.

21:32 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

88' A huge brawl breaks inside Real Madrid's penalty box.

21:31 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

86' Both sides are showing urgency. Real Madrid are currently on course to continue their unbeaten streak and match Barcelona's record.

21:29 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

REAL MADRID are back in it. 2-2. It is Lucas Vasquez who curls in a cross from the right wing and Mariano is there to shoulder it past Tyton. He has done it again. A new star in the making?

21:27 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

84' GOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLL!!! Mariano scores his first La Liga goal.

21:27 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

82' SUBSTITUTION: Ryan Babel is replaced by Faycal Fajr.

21:26 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

81' SUBSTITUTION: Marcelo comes on to replace Danilo. This is the final roll of dice from Zidane. Can Marcelo make the difference for Madrid?

21:22 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Barcelona recorded a 3-0 win over Osasuna earlier in the day and it was a brace by who else but Lionel Messi. Madrid are currently 2-1 down and Ronaldo is there in the stands but he cannot help the side.  Will Madrid rue resting the three stars for the game?

21:19 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

76' Babel is in the thick of things. The former Liverpool man has been instrumental for the away side. But can Deportivo hold on to this?

21:17 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

74' Chance! Morata squares the ball for Mariano who fails to get on the end of it. Mariano was not more than 6 yards out and had a great chance to score.

21:16 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

72' Mariano comes on to replace Isco as Zidane throws the kitchen sink.
Mariano scored a hat-trick in his last game for Madrid against Cultural Leonesa in the Copa del Rey. Can he inspire them to yet another win?

21:15 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

70' YELLOW CARD: Alvaro Morata is booked for dissent.

21:14 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Real Madrid are on the verge of seeing their 34-match unbeaten streak come to a screeching halt. Only 5 minutes back they were leading and now they find themselves one goal down. Is there a late comeback on the cards?
Can Madrid match Barcelona's 35-match unbeaten streak?

21:12 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

67' SUBSTITUTION: Lucas Vasquez has comes on to replace Marco Asensio.

21:12 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

What has happened!! Real Madrid have blew their 1 goal lead within 2 minutes. And it is the former Castilla player who has done the damage for the away side.

21:08 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

65' GOOOOAALLLL!!!! Real Madrid are in shambles. Deportivo score their second and it is Joselu again.

Andone makes his way down the right-hand side and squares it for the goalscorer. The substitute turns and shoots with the ball taking a wicked deflection of Navas before looping up and nestling into the back of the net.

21:06 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

63' GOOOOOOOOAAALLLL!!! Deportivo equalise through Joselu. WHAT A GOAL SON! WHAT A GOAL!!!!

The former Castilla player unleashes one from the end of the box and Navas has no chance of stopping that. What a strike.
It was Casemiro who gave away possession and Deportivo have punished them.

21:05 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

61' It is a very dull game going on. Real will be happy to secure a 1-0 win, especially without Ronaldo. But will Deportivo fight back?

21:03 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

59' YELLOW CARD: Albentosa is booked for lunging into Nacho.

21:02 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

58' SUBSTITUTION: Joselu comes on to replace Emre Colak.

21:01 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

57' Danilo is down outside his own box. He looks t be in pain. The Brazilian looks to have outstretched while tackling a Deportivo player.

20:59 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

55' Madrid win a free-kick deep in Deportivo's half and Kroos stands over it. However, they fail to do any sort of damage from it.

20:58 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

53' Deportivo have come out of their half and are looking to do some damage. Can they come back into this or will the two shots off the crossbar prove too costly?

20:55 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

It was Isco who cut in from the left and passed it to Morata. The Spaniard takes a touch, turns and then unleashes a strike past Tyton from outside of the box. It looked unlikely that Madrid would be able to break down Deportivo and it took something special for them to break the deadlock. GAME ON!

20:53 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

50' GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLL!!!!
Just as i was saying that, Morata has opened the scoring with a screamer from 20 yards.

20:53 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

49' Madrid continue to camp in Deportivo's half as they probe and try to unlock a resolute Deportivo side. Can Zidane's side regain their 6-point lead over Barcelona? Or will Deportivo cause an upset.

20:51 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

48' Madrid try to make their way into the Deportivo box but Danilo is adjudged to have handled the ball. I must add, incorrectly.

20:50 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

47' Real Madrid continue to dominate possession but can they make something of it?

20:48 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

46' And we are back underway.

20:46 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

The players are making their way back onto the pitch. Will we see a goal in the second half?

We are minutes away from the restart. Who do you think will win the match? Leave us your thoughts in the comments section.

20:34 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Can Real Madrid break the deadlock in the second half. Or can Deportivo cause an upset and move away from the relegation zone?

20:33 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

Real Madrid have dominated possession but have failed to make anything of note. Deportivo had the better chances and the two shots that came back off the post might come back to haunt them later in the game. The Santiago Bernabeu outfit are clearly missing their star man - Cristiano Ronaldo - who is sitting in the stands.

20:32 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

HALF-TIME: Real Madrid 0-0 Deportivo la Coruna

20:31 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

45' YELLOW CARD: Ryan Babel is booked for a foul on Pepe.

20:31 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

James tries to release it for Danilo, who fails to control the ball and goes down inside the box.

20:30 (GMT)10 DEC 2016

44' Danilo goes down inside the box looking for a penalty but the referee waves play on and correctly so. Someone is doing their best to fill the void left by Ronaldo.
