Real Madrid return to winning ways with a well-earned victory over Malaga. There is some controversy about Ramos' second goal being offside, but it is job done for Zidane's Madrid as they earn three valuable points against a spirited Malaga side.

90+1' CHANCE! Toni Kroos sends in another of his free-kicks, and Demichelis nearly scores an own goal with Morata lurking, but the ball flashes wide for a corner. Morata gives away a foolish foul from the set-piece and Malaga have the pressure valve released on them.

90' Lucas Vazquez 'earns' a foul after being tugged back by Jony. Real Madrid are in complete control off the ball. Malaga's attacking threat disappeared with Juankar's substitution.

88' Great defending! Munoz shepherds Isco off the ball in the box, after Morata had played the midfielder through on goal.

87' CHANCE! Toni Kroos sends in a superb cross from the right wing, but Ronaldo sends his header over the far post. It was academic though, as the linesman raised his flag for offside.

75' OFF THE BAR! It's not Ronaldo's day is it?! The forward controls a ball into the box and then lashes a low drive across goal with Kameni well beaten, but watches in agony as his shot hits the inside of the post and goes out!

74' OH MY GOD! WHAT A HOWLER! Demichelis plays the ball back to Kameni, who misses the ball entirely. The Malaga keeper then makes a mad dash to clear the ball off the line, and then makes amends by saving Ronaldo's shot from a narrow angle.

He hammers a shot at Navas's near post, with the Madrid keeper making a good save, but the ball comes out to Juanpi, who takes a touch and slams the ball into the net. Real Madrid 2-1 Malaga.

Moments later, Nacho concedes a corner as Malaga ramp up the pressure down Madrid's left, but the visitors are unable to do anything with their corner.

That 2nd goal brought up Sergio Ramos' 50th goal in La Liga. He's the fourth highest scoring defender in the Spanish league of all time.
