We have come to the end of Sportskeeda's live coverage of the 2016 Rio Olympics with this marathon and I must say there is tremendous hope for Indian sports in the future. The marathon runners have shown us today what they can do with the kind of facilities they get. Should they get more than what they receive at present, wonder where they can reach. Eliud Kipchoge produced the race of his life to show why he is regarded as one of the best modern day marathon runners. Absolutely superb from him. However, from the Indian perspective, this has been quite a superb event to end the 2016 Rio Olympics and I hope the fire continues to burn and does not die down.
