Dax and Jay brawl at the second rope. Jay pushes Dax down but the latter quickly recovers and climbs back to the top. He manages to gain the upper hand and hits a Piledriver from the second rope. With a last burst of energy, he just rolls over to the side ensuring his body is on top of Jay. The referee counts the fall and FTR retain the titles.

Jay has Dax in a headlock and before Cash could make the save, Mark puts him in one. FTR manage to fight out of it leading to a brawl during which Cash hits a Superplex on Mark through a table on the outside.

Jay and Dax unload on each other in the center of the ring. Jay goes for the boot, Dax ricochets off the rope and takes him out with a Clothesline.

Mark lands a few knife-edge chops on Cash but the latter fights back and hits a suplex on the outside as both men are down.

The Briscoes connect with the Doomsday Device on Dax and the referee makes the count but Dax kicks out at 2.

Jay connects a big boot on Cash. The Briscoes set up Dax for the Doomsday but Cash recovers and makes the save. FTR hit the Big Rig on Jay but there is no referee to count the fall.

After a brief exchange, Jay hits the Piledriver on Dax but the referee is already taken out of the match.

Back in the ring, Jay hits a thrust kick on Dax and after a series of counters, Dax hits the Piledriver on Jay for a near fall.

Mark goes for a Urinagi on Dax on the apron but the latter blocks it. He hits a stiff chop sending Dax to the floor. He follows it up with a Blockbuster.

Dax finally makes the tag to Cash, who brings in a lot of energy to the contest. He hits a brainbuster on Mark for a near fall.

Jay recovers and hits a few stiff chops and tags in Mark. They hit the assisted backbreaker but Dax kicks out at 2.
