WWE announced today that they have signed 7 more recruits from the tryouts that the held in the country last June. The first signee from the trials, Bin Wang, will make his live debut at a live event in Shanghai against Bo Dallas. All 7 of the new recruits have been signed to developmental deals.
This week's episode of SmackDown Live had the lowest viewership that the show has had since it moved to Tuesday nights in July. The 9th September episode brought in just 2,454,000 viewers which is down from last week's 2,835,000.
Bo Dalls' recent mini-push on Raw is only to make him look a little more credible an opponent when he faces Bin Wang in Shanghai. At this point, this push isn't supposed to last long.
Both Jim Ross and Dave Meltzer are now saying that former Divas' Champion Paige is done with the WWE. The 24-year year old Brit wants to get out of her WWE contract and has her lawyers weight up options.
Shelton Benjamin's return to WWE earlier this year had to be pushed back after he found out the he was a carrying a torn rotator cuff. We have another update about Benjamin's injury status. He's just undergone surgery and is now on the road to recovery.

It was announced on last night's episode of NXT that Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa will get their rematch against 'The Revival' at next weeks Cruiserweight Classic finale which will be broadcast live on the WWE Network.These two teams met at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II in August with The Revival managing to retain their tag-team championships by the skin of their teeth, and after The Revival attacked Tomasso Ciampa last week on NXT, this match will have a fair amount of heat behind it.
The Uso's are now the favourites to win the SmackDown Tag-Team Championships at WWE Backlash after the Samoan brother laid waste to American Alpha following their tag tournament semi-final on SmackDown Live this week. The Uso's lost their match in under 30 seconds and viciously attacked their opponents after the match which led to a kayfabe injury to Chad Gable's knee which means that Alpha will have to drop out of the tournament.The Uso's will now face the Hype Bros at Backlash, with the winners taking on Rhyno and Heath Slater in the final. The Uso's are reportedly the favourites to become the first SmackDown Live Tag-Team Champions.
