Shane McMahon has revealed interesting bits from his past and also his ambition to see SmackDownLive! become a better brand than Raw.
In the latest episode of Cheap Heat podcast, Shane O Mac admitted that the deck is stacked in Raw's favour, but insisted that SmackDown Live! is doing whatever it can to be better than Raw.
He also revealed that the picture used on Raw several months back during the angle with Vince McMahon was his first memory of Pro Wrestling.
Shane O Mac revealed that superstars would always mess with him backstage. Superstar Billy Graham would get physical to try and toughen him up, while Bruno Sammartino and Bob Backlund taught him legit moves and techniques.
He also divulged that Vince McMahon flew to Europe to meet Andre The Giant, who was busy filming a movie, to pitch him the Wrestlemania 3 match against Hulk Hogan. Andre was due a back surgery and due to this every day The Giant went to Mr McMahon's house to train and rehabilitate.
Shane admitted that it was his childhood dream to be Andre The Giant's tag team partners, while also accepting that he would love a rematch against Angle and that he is very proud of the match he contested with Angle at King of the Ring in 2001.
