Brock Lesnar got flamed for going off-script. WWE management doesn’t seem to care

In a recent segment on RAW, Heath Slater came out to the ring saying that he wanted to fight Lesnar for a WWE RAW contract. Both Heyman and Lesnar laughed in his face and when slater persevered saying he needed to contract to support his kids to which Lesnar replies that he didn’t give a s**t about his kids, which was completely off-script, before subjecting slater to a barrae of suplexes and an F5.

Other members of the WWE roster have gotten fired for going off-script in smaller ways and this brings up the notion that top-level Superstars like John Cena and Brock Lesnar are treated differently than others and that they are even above the Wellness Policies for which stars like Paige, Alberto and Roman Reigns were suspended.

In a recent interview, Big Show talked about the time when he, Randy Savage and a fellow wrestler and close friend of theirs, Brian Adams used to hitch rides with Hulk Hogan on the personal plane he got out of a deal with Turner, back to Miami after performing Monday nights at WCW. Big Show apparently did a raunchy impersonation of the Hulkster and The Macho Man, and from the next day onwards, he wasn’t let onto the plane.

Big Show also spoke about his upcoming match with Shaquille o’Neal at Wrestlemania 33.

Nikki Bella had been out of the ring because of a serious neck injury and was on leave for surgery since Hell in a Cell 2015, but now it seems that her doctors and the WWE team have cleared her for her return to wrestling although it may be a part time appearance based on how her condition progresses.

There are rumors that in the absence of Eva Marie, Nikki might appear in her place for the SummerSlam match between Becky Lynch, Carmella and Naomi vs. Natalya and Alexa Bliss as the third member of the team.

He had joined and left NXT for TNA in 2015 but this time it looks like he will be back to NXT for good.

Backstage reaction to Brock Lesnar going off script on RAW

During the Lesnar-Slater segment, Lesnar’s usage of the line S*** about (Slater’s) kids was not mentioned in the script, according to the latest wrestling observer newsletter. It’s interesting to note that Lesnar’s contract has certain provisions detailing what he can and cannot be punished for, and he has not been punished for the line. Also, there has been an internal talk among the fans that WWE have been treating the superstars differently, with high stature Superstars getting more freedom than the lower ranked and mid-card stars.

Superstars like Lesnar and Cena, have a much longer leash when it comes to abiding by any kind of script. Although the line popped the crowd, there is no doubt that around 80 percent of the locker room would have been fired by the WWE after a comment like that on live TV.

James Storm hints at leaving TNA and coming to the WWE?

Is James Storm done with TNA? It seems like that, because at yesterday’s TV tapings for Impact Wrestling, Storm after his match with Bram, said that he had fulfilled his obligations for TNA due to some “bullsh*t contract stuff” that took place behind-the-scenes.

Storm said that he wanted his last match to be against Bram, and teased a possible NXT return by saying that he might be teaming up with an old friend real soon, which as we all know is Bobby Roode. Storm thanked the fans for supporting him.

Storm, the next day sent out a tweet saying that he can’t talk about things because of legal BS.
