Good afternoon and welcome to the Sportskeeda liveblog of the Indonesia Open Quarter-finals where India's Srikanth Kidambi takes on the World No. 19 Tzu Wei Wang. The Chinese Taipei shuttler is just three places above Srikanth in the rankings but it is the Indian who has a 1-0 head-to-head record over Wang.

That win, however, came a couple of years ago. Since then, the Chinese Taipei player has made rapid strides and reached the German Open final this year.

Srikanth, of course, has been resurgent for the last few weeks and produced a stunning performance at the 2017 Singapore Open Superseries where he reached the final. He has carried that form into Indonesia this week and toppled the fourth seed Jan O Jorgensen in the second round.

He will look for his second career win over Wang today.
