That was such a simple goal at the end of it. Mkhitaryan, Martial, Fernandez and Mawson get into a tangle, but the Armenian has the presence of mind to pick out Lukaku who has the freedom of Wales to look up and smash it past Fabianski!

75' OH! WHAT A TACKLE FERNANDEZ! Pogba tackles Mawson superbly to win the ball and sets off on the counter before releasing Lukaku who seems set to win his foot race with the Argentine defender - but the Swansea man is having one of those days and his sliding tackle is superbly timed.

74' OOOOOOOO! That was close! Pogba's swerving ball just misses that junction of crossbar and post that the best aim for. Meanwhile United throw on Tony Martial and big, bad, Marouane Fellaini for Juan Mata and Marcus Rashford

73' OUFF!!! Blind smashes a shot straight at goal - braving a dangerous Fer tackle - but the ball flies wide. The ref pulls play back for the foul and Fer gets into the ref's naughty book for his shenanigans. Pogba looks set to hit it...

72' Carroll swings in a superb, dipping corner that somehow evades everyone in the United box and runs across the face off the goal. Mata then tries to slip in Lukaku on the counter but Olsson does superbly to chest it away from danger.

71'... that bounces off Matic's shoulder and out for another counter. Fernandez was close to getting his head onto it there!

70' Swansea are going for this - an Abraham cross is swiftly followed by an Olsson cross that careens off Valencia and goes out for a corner....

69' OOO! A lovely touch from Abraham sets Swansea roaring forward, but Blind's exceptional positioning means Narsingh can't get up to any mischief on the right wing.

68' OH! Pogba bullies his way past an Olsson challenge before somehow flicking it to Mkhitaryan, but Narsingh beats the Armenian to it. United then move forward forcefully but Mkhitaryan smashes it well wide.

67' Swansea ring in the changes with Narsingh and Routledge replacing Mesa and Bartley. Swansea look like they're reverting to a back four now.

66' Ayew turns Valencia inside-out before swinging in a lovely ball that runs straight across the face of goal - and off Mesa for a goalkick!

65' United pass the ball about in the training ground manner, but a loose touch from Lukaku prevents Pogba from running into the box at the enf of what was until then a pleasingly aesthetic move.

63' The corner is too deep for Matic, and Swansea handle the situation well enough before moving it forward at pace... Jordan Ayew skates through the middle of the pitch before trying to pick out Abraham, but Jones gets an important boot in! That was close!

62' Some neat interplay between Pogba and Mkhitaryan allows the Armenian to have a wallop - which deflects off the tough hide of Mesa and away for a corner.

61' OH HO OH HO! TAMMY ABRAHAM! Gifted a free header in the middle of the six-yard box he guides Tom Carroll's excellent cross well wide. The Chelsea man really ought to have scored there.

60' Manchester United are getting pegged back here as Swansea pass the ball around easily...

59' Swansea haven't given up the ghost yet, though, and more purposeful running from Fer and Olsson sets Naughton free on the right side, but he's met swiftly by Blind and the home side have to back pedal

58' Swansea exert a touch of pressure of their own with United sloppy in clearing the ball, but all the panic ends up with Leroy Fer smashing the ball back to Holland.

57' Matic started that earlier move with a swift pass forward - the Serb's impact on United's overall game simply can't be overestimated.

56' Rashford is nothing if not full of confidence. With the Liberty's boos ringing in his ears he runs on to a Mkhitaryan pass, squares up Fernandez and gets a shot away. It's not a great one, though, and Fabianski gathers with ease.

54' Matic nicks in and makes one of his trademark interceptions that sets one of his forwards away on a canter... it's Rashford this time, but Federico Fernandez is having a superb game and he once again does well to usher Rashford away and win a cheap foul off the impetuous young man

53' United take it short, trying to catch the Swans unaware but Mata overplays his hand and it's scrambled clear by the defence.

52' Pogba chips in a cute little dink to Rashford who is ushered away from the danger area by a strong, strong, Fernandez challenge. Bartley then mixes up his communication lines with Fabianski, and it's a corner...

51' United still have the ball and Mkhitaryan tries to bully his way into the box - but he's crowded out... Fabianksi kicks it aimlessly forward and it's United's ball again

50' Carroll clears, but not well and Mata skips in behind the defence before chipping a superb ball that is just headed away by Mawson. Mata's second corner is headed clear by Naughton....

49' Matic sweeps a lovely little ball forward that Bartley somehow manages to keep off the onrushing Lukaku. It's a corner for United....

48' Swansea Guardiola their way out of pressure from Manchester United in their own half and Fer releases Olsson on the left - but the left-wingback smacks his cross into a neighbourhood glen.

47' Some slick one-touch passing from Mkhitaryan, Mata and Lukaku frees up the Armenian in the box, but Olsson does well to nick in ahead of him and stop a dangerous looking move

Well that was a tough, tough, match for both sides and Swansea was making United work their butt off... till Paul Pogba decided to show them just why he's worth all that moolah they dished out for him.

Swansea will now have to chase the game, and that may leave them dangerously open at the back - don't count them out yet, though
