Twitter reacts as Dilshan announces international retirement

The 39-year old, who made his debut in 1999, is only the 11th player to join the 10,000-run club in ODIs. In 329 ODIs, he compiled 10248 runs. Famous for manufacturing the Dilscoop shot in the 2009 World T20, Dilshan scored 1884 runs in 78 T20Is. He retired from Tests in 2013.
