Kidambi Srikanth @srikidambi knocked out of the #DubaiSSF by losing second group match against Tien Chen. Disappointing end nonetheless it has been a fairy tale year and not far to start another soon. Come back hard champ ! 💪🏸🇮🇳

Straight-game defeat for @srikidambi ... ends a record-breaking year for the World No 4. One of the treats to watch over the past 12 months #DubaiSSF

@srikidambi was not that srikanth who won four super titles , he lacked intensity and a number of unforced errors cost him a match . He has to seriously sit back and ponder over to come back. I was expecting him to clinch the title . Sad for him #DubaiSSF

Srikanth lacked sharpness a lot. His usual clarity of thought went missing too...definitely the effects of an injury break. Sad 2 see him lose twice but that doesn't take anything away from what has been a magnificent yr 4 him. Come bk stronger, champ!

Seems like Srikanth has decided he'll either play jaw-dropping rallies or make silly errors. #DubaiSSF
