WWE 205 Live Results 10th January 2017, live updates

The main event is Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann taking on Tony Nese.

Rich Swann calls out Neville after the match. Neville comes out and challenges Swann to a match at the Royal Rumble. Swann accepts.

Rich Swann vs Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship is official for the Royal Rumble

Rich Swann pulls out a Tiger Bomb out of nowhere as the fans chant "Let's go Swann". Swann hits Nese with strikes to the face and neck before hitting a Rich Kick for the win. Great performance by both men.

Nese hits back with a flurry of kicks and strikes before hitting a double stomp for another nearfall.

Swann hits back with an elbow but Nese takes him down with a low dropkick. Nese then tries a springbaird Moonsault but misses. Nese gets up and charges at Swann who meets him with a kick before hitting a hurracanrana from the top rope.

Nese hits Swann with a Gut Buster for a nearfall. A frustrated Nese pounds Swann before covering him again for another 2 count. Nese sends Swann crashing chest-first into the turnbuckle.

Rich Swann vs Tony Nese

Nese and Swann start off at the a furious pace. They dodge each others offese actobatically before Swann hits Nese with a dropkick. Nese rolls to ringside. He then pulls Swann to ringside and plants him face-first into the barricade.

Jack Gallagher and Ariya Daivari's parlay

Gallagher and Daivari go back and forth. Daivari says he has a family name to live up to as he accuses Gallagher of humiliating him. Gallagher gives Daivari a contract for an "I Forfeit" match which Daivari signs before throwing Gallagher's umbrella away. A brawl breaks out between the two of them as referees come down to break it up.

Cedric Alexander breaks up with Alicia Fox

We get a backstage segment between Foxy and Cedric Alexander. Cedric asks her to explain her actions but doesn't get a satisfactory response. He asks her if she find Dar's accent cute and tells her that he's breaking up with her, adding that now she can slap Dar around whenever she wants, before walking away.

Foxy goes crazy after Cedric leaves and yells "No one breaks up with me!"

Maluta hits Kendrick with a double vertical suplex followed by a Gord Buster. He then hits a Shining Wizard. Kendrick locks in the Captain's Hook out of nowhere! Maluta tries to reach for the ropes but ends up tapping out!

Brian Kendrick def. Sean Maluta

Kendrick locks in a Cobra Clutch as Maluta looks to break out with the help of elbows. Maluta hits Kendrick with a reverse DDT but misses the Rolling Thunder he tried to follow it up with.

Maluta reverses a Sunset Flip into a dropkick sending Kendrick rolling out of the ring. He then gets on the apron and hits a running senton on Kendrick. Maluta then hits a running forearm in the corner. Kendrick hits back with a boot to Maluta's face as he looks to regroup.

Brian Kendrick vs Sean Maluta

Sean Maluta is all over Kendrick as the match starts. He attempts to roll Kendrick up a couple of times but Kendrick kicks out. He then hits a lateral press for another 2-count.

Brian Kendrick addresses Tajiri

Brian Kendrick isn't happy with Tajiri after what happened last week. He tells Tajiri that he will hit him with the green mist when they meet next. He then sends out a warning to his opponent tonight, Sean Maluta.

Noam Dar rolls Cedric out of nowhere but only gets the 2-count. Cedric attempts a moonsault but Alicia Fox pulls Noam Dar out of the way! Noam Dar hits Cedric Alexander with a running Savate Kick and pins him for the win!

Was that a heel turn by Alicia Fox to align with Noam Dar? Probably. Dar goes to kiss Foxy after the match but gets slapped in return.

Cedric finally connects with the Springboard Elbow. he tries to hit the Lumbar Check but Noam Dar fights his way out of it. Cedric follows it up with a Handspring Enzeguiri for the nearfall. So close!

Cedric breaks out of the armbar with a modified snapmare and follows it up with a lethal corner spear. He tries to follow it up with a springboard elbow but Dar catches him with a Fujiwara Armbar. Cedric manages to reach the ropes but Dar continues the punishment. He slams Cedric's arm into the steel steps and continues to work on Cedric's shoulder.

Dar tries to continue the punishment but Alicia Fox gets in the way. Alexander takes advantage and hits a massive dropkick to Dar.

Dar hits a snapmare and follows it up with an elbow to Cedric's back. The 'Scottish Supernova' follows it up with a modified armbar. Cedric makes it to his feet only for Dar to take him down again.

Dar throws forearms and kicks at Cedric but Cedric counters with a sunset flip. Dar kicks out and hits Cedric with one of the stiffest uppercuts I've seen in the WWE. He follows it up with a straightjacket hold.

Cedric throws elbows at Dar's face before hitting a side kick to Dar's jaw. He then goes for the handspring Enzeguiri but Dar hits him with a running kick to the sternum to stop him in his tracks.

Cedric Alexander vs Noam Dar

Noam Dar and Cedric Alexander's feud over Alicia Fox has been going on for a while and it continues tonight on 205 live. Cedric looks fired up tonight and hits Dar with a series of vicious forearms. He follows it up with a hurracanrana and a dropkick.
