WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Live Results (October 31, 2023): Ilja Dragunov wins war with Carmelo Hayes but is attacked by former US Champion!!

FULL RESULTS FOR WWE NXT HALLOWEEN HAVOC, NIGHT 2 (OCTOBER 31, 2023)

The Creeds defeat Humberto Carrillo and Angel Garza by pin.
Dominik Mysterio defeats Nathan Frazer by pin.
Bron Breakker defeats Mr. Stone by pin.
Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defeat Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne by pin.
Lola Vice defeats Kelani Jordan by pin.
Ilja Dragunov defeats Carmelo Hayes by pin.

Ilja celebrates his win, leaving Trick and Melo to sort out whatever they need to sort out. Trick gets in the ring as Melo is still lying down. Trick helps Melo up to his feet but stares a hole through him.

As they interact, a camera goes backstage to see Baron Corbin attacking Ilja Dragunov with officials trying to pull him off the NXT Champion.

These guys have delivered in all three of their matches. The counters and counters to the counters are great callbacks to their prior meetings.

The combatants re-enter the ring, with Ilja kicking Melo in the face. He drops Melo again as he tries to make it to his feet. Ilja goes for Coast to Coast, but Melo goes for a Codebreaker. Ilja catches him and goes for a move, but a crazy sequence ends with Ilja hitting an H-Bomb and falling on top of Melo for a near fall.

Ilja then goes to the top again, but Melo hits a Codebreaker to prevent him. Melo heads to the top, but he is stopped in his tracks as Trick Williams enters the arena with an angry look on his face.

Melo stops, allowing Ilja to take over. He hits a Superplex, followed by Torpedo Moscow for the win.

Result - Ilja Dragunov defeats Carmelo Hayes by pin.

Ilja blasts Melo with a chop to the chest, causing Ilja to fall on the table. Ilja tells Booker to move as he ascends the barricade behind the table. Dragunov lands an H-Bomb off the barricade onto Melo. The table crumbles, leaving both men grounded. The ref doesn't count either man out, but the NXT fans do.

Ilja goes for another Constantine Special but is met with a kick while in the ropes. Melo goes for another Spike DDT to the apron, but Ilja counters with a Death Valley Driver. Both men fall on the floor in front of the announce table. Ilja clears it off for some destruction.

Melo lands some punches, but they don't faze Ilja. He hits a clothesline and then a modified Uranage for a near fall. Melo hits a pump kick but then gets blasted with a kick. Ilja lands an H Bomb to neutralize both competitors.

Ilja goes for the Constantine Special, but Melo counters into the tornado faceplant for a two-count. Melo climbs to the top but is pulled down by the champ. Ilja then climbs up but is knocked off his perch by Melo.

Melo then lands a scary-looking Spike DDT on Ilja on the apron. Ilja was legit perpendicular to the apron. Melo hits a Frog Splash off the top for a close call.

The two exchange strikes, with Ilja landing chops to Melo's chest and thigh. He drops him with a sweep. He lands a German Suplex. Ilja blasts Melo with a kick to the head and a knee.

He powerbombs the challenger for a near fall. Melo battles back, hitting two Superkicks. Ilja responds with a springboard kick for another close call.

Things start quickly as both men hit kicks. Melo hits a German Suplex, and Ilja goes for one of his own, but Ilja prevents it. They drop each other after simultaneous chops to the face.

What "impact" was Lexis King referring to????

The Heritage Cup match between Noam Dar and Akira Tozawa is made official for next week. The Iron Survivor Qualifying matches also begin next week after collaboration from WWE Hall of Famers.

We go backstage to see the Unholy Union again. They're dressed as Maleficent and the Evil Queen. They say that things have remained how they wanted them.

They're interrupted by Mr. Stone and Von Wagner entering the area. Von is yelling that he wants Bron Breakker next week. Stone is trying to talk him down, but Von is adamant. His yelling has taken a toll as he grabs his injured head.

They might have the longest reign of this year.

As Dar celebrates with the Cup, a bunch of creepy crawly figures approach him. He says he'll pay them more than what Tozawa is paying them.

Akira comes by to grab the Cup from Dar. He says that all he wanted was a match, and Noam obliges. The bout will take place next week. The segment ends with Dar being overwhelmed by the figures as Akira walks off.

Vic mentions that qualifying matches for the Iron Survivor matches at Deadline will be in the works over the next month.

We then go back to Noam Dar's quest for his Heritage Cup. He finally finds it after shouts of despair. He sniffs it and then kisses it before hugging it again.

Jordan hits another athletic move off the ropes, including a Playmaker move a la MVP. She goes to the top for another move, but Elektra Lopez gets on the apron to distract her.

Jordan falls off the buckle, allowing Vice to hit a Roundhouse Kick to win the match and the Women's Breakout Tournament.

Result - Lola Vice defeats Kelani Jordan by pin.

During the break, Lola Vice sent Jordan into the ropes leg first, hurting her leg. Vice is in control but Jordan responds with a flurry of offense. She hits a handspring elbow drop followed by a somersault leg drop for two. Vice tries to land a kick, but Jordan evades it. She does hit one to the gut for a near fall.

We almost had a repetition of what happened to Von Wagner at Halloween Havoc!!!

Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan vie for the title of Women's Breakout Tournament 2023 Champion. Jordan gets a near fall off the jump. Lola fights back with a hip attack that sends Kelani to the outside.

During the match, Vic Joseph mentioned that Fallon Henley was out injured and was day-to-day. Her match with Tiffany Stratton is off, obviously.

We then see Alba and Isla standing in the arena pulpit as the Havoc Wheel spins. Chelsea and Piper are shaken by the wheel randomly spinning.

Backstage, we see Mac Mitchell interviewing Lexis King. He's basking in his debut. He's sitting in his throne chair eating candy. He says he's glad that his name is on everyone's lips and everyone will have to see what he'll do next.

Duke and Andre try to rile up the fans, distracting the ref. Jacy goes for Andre's title belt, but Andre Chase pulls it out of her reach. Jacy is upset, but it allows Chelsea to hit the Unprettier for the win.

Result - Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defeat Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne by pin.

Jacy sends Piper into Chelsea in the corner. She hits a Superkick on the Scottish Lass before landing a Cannonball on Chelsea in the corner. She gets a near fall. Jacy goes for a punch, but Chelsea counters it with a forearm.

Jacy tries to get the upper hand with a spinebuster, but Piper breaks up the pin. Chelsea and Jacy drop each other with kicks at the same time.

Piper has Thea isolated with a headlock. Thea goes for a crossbody, but Piper catches her and hits a shoulder breaker. Piper goes for a move in the corner, but Thea moves out of the way.

Thea then tries to lock in a Kimura, but Piper resists. She goes for another shoulder breaker, but Thea counters it with a spinning DDT. Piper makes the tag to Chelsea, and Thea does the same to Jacy.

Piper makes her way to her corner as Thea blasts Chelsea with a forearm. Thea goes for a move, but Chelsea sends her to the outside. Thea lands a Suicide Dive, but Piper comes over to help Chelsea out. She catches a jumping Thea, but Jacy drops them both with a Cannonball on the outside.

Andre and Duke accompany the ladies for the match. On commentary, Booker T calls Andre Chase "a loser" and says that he doesn't like him.

Before Chelsea and Piper can make it to the ring, Thea and Jacy rush the champions. The challengers send Piper into the steel steps, leaving Chelsea alone. Jacy and Thea use quick tags to work over Chelsea.

Before the next match, we see OTM and Reggie/Scrypts. He says he played the part they wanted him to play. He says he grew up on the streets like Bronco and Lucien.

He blames the Brawling Brutes for "costing them" a chance at the tag titles last week, even though he caused his team to be eliminated.

At their entrance, Thea Hail is dressed up like Jacy Jayne.

Lyra will return for her first official appearance on NXT as the Women's Champion. Speaking of championship, the Women's Tag Team belts are on the line next!

A recap of Night 1's main event is given as Ireland and the UK fans watched on from afar. Becky praised her opponent again backstage. Lyra's win netted her an appearance on local Irish shows back home.

After the match, Bron drags Stone out of the ring. He sets up the steel steps for another assault. He puts Stone's head on the steps and lifts them, but Von Wagner comes out with his head taped.

He saves his friend and attacks Bron. Bron gets clotheslined and then chokeslammed onto the steel steps. Von picks the steps up to bash Bron, but Bron moves out of the way. Breakker scampers away as officials hold Von back.

Mr. Stone almost rolls Bron up for the upset, but Bron breaks out of the pin attempt. He then dumps Stone on his back before setting him up for the match-ending Spear.

Result - Bron Breakker defeats Mr. Stone by pin.

Stone runs out of Breakker's path until he is dropped with a shoulder block.

Before those segments, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn followed Chase U backstage. They continued to argue that they cursed the Women's Tag Team Championship and that Thea has no idea what she's in for if they win the titles.

Lash is in a room with a random trophy she thinks is the Heritage Cup but isn't. She beats on one guy with her purse until another figure takes her away!!!

Before the next match, we go back to the haunted house. Jakara and Lash are walking through a corridor filled with scary figures. Oro calls for Jakara but is met by a kid dressed like a zombie. Oro does the same but blasts a guy in the face with his sandwich. He then runs into Tozawa, who knocks him out and tells his cronies to "take him away!!!!"

Frazer couldn't take the title from the dastardly Dominik Mysterio!

As Jacy and Thea leave, Tony D and Stacks come by to ask for a rematch. Andre calls Tony "sir," to Duke's confusion. There must have been a backroom deal to fund Chase U or something Andre is not telling us. Duke is unsure of what is going on, but Chase grants them a rematch. Tony D says they'll get retribution for both things last week.

As Dom relishes his win, Wes Lee returns to NXT to blindside Dom and Mami. He holds up the title he lost to Dom and dares Dom to get it.

After that match, Jacy Jayne converses with Andre Chase. They have different opinions on operating tactics to get to the championship. Duke and Thea come over, and Duke says he hasn't had to pay for a meal in weeks. He says when Jacy and Thea win tonight, they'll be known as Champ University.

Nathan goes to the top, but Dom pushes him off the buckle to the outside. He hits the corner of the announce table. Dom quickly grabs him and rolls him back into the ring. He hits a Frog Splash to retain his title.

Result - Dominik Mysterio defeats Nathan Frazer by pinfall.

Rhea tries to toss her title to Mysterio, but he drops it on the outside. Frazer rolls Dom up, but Dom recovers. He goes for a move but is hit with a Superkick from Frazer.

Frazer chases Dom to the ring apron. He sends him to the floor with a basement dropkick. He then tries to hit another move, but Rhea pushes him out of the way, forcing Frazer to adjust his trajectory. His hesitation allows Dom to hit a Superkick.

Dom and Rhea check on each other before the action returns to the ring. Dom goes to the top, but Frazer quickly meets him and hits a Superplex and a spinning neckbreaker for a close call.

Dom slaps Nathan in the face before mouthing off. Frazer takes Dom down with a takedown. He drops the arrogant champion on his back again for a near fall.

Rhea leads Dom to the ring with a chain as if he is an inmate in prison once again. Frazer gets the upper hand early on, sending Dom out of the ring and into Mami's arms. Frazer outwits Dom again, sending the champ to the outside in bewilderment.

Dominik Mysterio defends the North American Championship against Nathan Frazer in the next match.

Before the last two segments, Joe Gacy cut a backstage promo explaining his actions as the leader of Schism. He isn't apologizing but giving reasons for why he did what he did. He says people have judged him for his actions his whole life. A change is coming.

Two costumed individuals creep up on the group, causing them to scatter in different directions.

Lash is dressed as Velma, while Jakara is dressed as Daphne. Oro is Shaggy. Only Noam really seems willing to go after the cup. He and Oro are both holding half of a sub.

The Meta-Four, dressed as the Scooby Doo gang, arrives at a haunted house to retrieve Noam Dar's Heritage Cup. Akira Tozawa absconded with it last week as they were arguing.

They reluctantly enter the area but are immediately creeped out by people in costumes. Noam's dressed as Scooby Doo.

Henley comes down to the ring for her match with Stratton, but the former NXT Women's Champion blindsides Henley. She sends her knee-first into the ring post before locking on a Figure Four around the post. Guess the match isn't happening, at least not right here, right now.
