Roode looks to finish Nakamura off with the DDT but Nakamura drives him into the corner, driving his shoulders into Roode's gut. Roode replies by taking Nakamura's knee out again. He then follows it up with the final bow - a Glorious DDT from the top rope.

Roode goes for another cover and Nakamura can't kick out this time.

goes to ringside and brings the ring bell into the ring. The referee is having none if it and Nakamura hits hit with a kick to the head and follows it up with a reverse exploder suplex. Nakamura signals for the Kinshasa and goes for it but Roode hits a beautiful Spine Buster. He goes for the covers but it's just another nearfall.

Roode hits Nakamura with a superb Glorious DDT out of nowhere but Nakamura kicks out at the last moment.

Roode and Nakamura get back to their feet and trade right hands. Nakamura hits Roode with a combo before Roode kicks him right in the knee. Roode attempts a Glorious DDT but Nakamura plants him on his face before hitting a running knee for another nearfall.

Nakamura is focusing his strikes on Roode's arm. Roode dodges a head kick and hits a backstabber for another nearfall. What a match!

Nakamura hits Roode with kicks in the corner before attempting the running knee. Roode dodges it and Nakamura crashes knee-fist into the turnbuckle.

Nakamura transitions the armbar into a Triangle. Roode tries to lift him up for a powerbomb but fails. He then reaches the ropes with the tip of his boot,

Nakamura manages to reverse the pressure on the Figure 4. Roode breaks out and  screams at Nakamura to quit, Nakamura catches Roode off-guard and locks in an armbar out of nowhere.

The end may be near as Roode's relentless attack continues. Roode locks in the Figure 4 leglock as Nakamura screams in pain. He tries desperately to edge closer to the ropes.

Roode slams the back of Nakamura's knee against the steel ringpost.

Shinsuke hits a running dropkick out of nowhere as he signals for the Kinshasa. Roode dodges it and chops Nakamura's injured knee from behind. Roode starts to work on the injured knee almost immediately.

Roode makes a desperate attempt to gain back control of the match as he takes Nakamura down with a clothesline.

Both men crawl back up to their feet as the fans sing Nakamura's theme song. Nakamura hits Roode with a series of strikes and kicks, taking the champion down. He follows it up with a running knee to Roode's gut which sends Roode crashing down to ringside.

Nakamura places Roode on the apron and hits him with a running knee.

Roode went for a sleeper hold but Nakamura gets out of it easily.

Roode is in complete control as he hits Nakamura with the neckbreaker and looks to cover him. It's only a 2-count and Roode follows it up with a claw hold on Nakamura's shoulder.

Roode knees Nakamura in the face as he tries to climb back into the ring. He then sends Nakamura crashing into the barricade.

Nakamura and Bobby Roode start the match off at a slow methodical pace. The fans are split as they chant for both Roode and Nakamura. Nakamura goes for an early Good Vibrations in the corner but Roode powers out of it. Nakamura replies with a spinning heel kick which he follows up by hitting the Good Vibrations.

The match we've all been waiting for. Shinsuke Nakamura makes his way down to the ring first and the 'King of Strong Style' is donning new ring gear. He's followed out by the 'Glorious' Bobby Roode.
