WWE Raw Results 15th August 2016, live updates

Both Roman and Rusev say they can't wait till SummerSlam and want to get it on immediately! Mick Foley steps in and announces a non-title match between them tonight on Raw

And the go-home show before SummerSlam comes to a close. A decent show that sadly didn't live up to the hype.

...

An average match, with a solid outing for Rusev, but nothing new to offer from Reigns. 

...

Reigns grabs onto to the ropes and breaks the hold. Reigns sidesteps Rusev's kick and counters a charging Rusev with a Spear. 1-2-3! Reigns picks up the win in a predictable match and outcome.

...

It's time to crush for Rusev. Reigns trying to avoid the Accolade, and he successfully does it for a minute, but Rusev kicks him down and locks it in completely. Will he tap or will he reach for the rope?

Reigns connects with a predictable Superman punch 'out of nowhere' for a near fall.

...

Reigns and Rusev trade punches in the centre of the ring, and it's tough to figure out who's getting more boos.

...

Rusev ducks under the Superman punch with a spinning heel kick. Rusev with two diving headbutts from the top rope that yeidls him two close near falls. He follows it with two more headbutts and two more pinfall attempts, and Reigns kicks out yet again.

The resurgent fight from Reigns was again short-lived as Rusev takes him down with a shoulder tackle. Rusev takes Reigns to the top rope, but the Big Dog pushes him down. A shift in momentum as Reigns sidesteps a charging Rusev. Reigns with the ten punches on the turnbuckle followed by a side suplex.

Back from the commercial break, it's the same old story; Rusev wearing down Reigns and working on his left arm.

...

It was short-lived as Rusev sends Reigns crashing to the outside. Rusev sees the opportunity of inflicting more damage to Reign's left arm and does so by sending him into the steel steps. Rusev drives the bad arm into the barricade again and rolls into the ring to break the count.

Reigns picks Rusev up with one arm to deliver the Samoan drop. It's Reign's time now as he picks up momentum with a couple of clotheslines and a flying right.

Rusev working on Reign's injured left arm and is systematically wearing down the Samoan Superman.

Rusev asserts control as we go into a break.

Rusev counters and corners Reigns into the turnbuckle. He unloads on him with a string of kicks. Reigns counters with a kick and sends Rusev outside the ring. Rusev reverses Reigns's whiplash to send Reigns crashing rib first into the barricade. He follows it up by sending him face first into the ring post.

The customary USA chants break out and out comes the Big Dog, who wastes no time in taking the fight to Rusev.

After a brief vignette dedicated to Bruan Strowman, Lana inroduces the only man who can have her, Rusev, to the ring.

Charlotte continues to show how a great a heel she is, by putting on another solid show. Daddy'll be proud!

...

By the way WWE's booking the feud, the Boss may walk out with the title firmly strapped around her waist at SummerSlam.

Charlotte picks up the victory and calls out Sasha Banks, who obliges and makes her way to the ring. Dana Brooke makes things easier for Charlotte by taking Sasha down. Charlotte lock in the figure four leg lock and the Boss taps out in sheer pain.

Charlotte and Alicia Fox go up against each other with Sasha Banks on commentary. Fox with a couple of kicks and a crossbody takedown early on in the match.

...

Woods and Kofi cut short the celebration by taking Gallows and Anderson down. Gallows would be thankful of Anderson for pulling him out of the ring as he would have had his cahones smashed by the tromborne at the hands of Woods.

Truth tags Goldust in and Gallows brings Anderson in. Classic Goldust as he goes on a rampage. Gallows and Anderson regain control and deliver the Magic Killer to pick up the win.

Golden Truth go up against Anderson and Gallows. Truth begins and is stopped in his tracks with a big boot from Gallows.

...

They could have kept the Demon alter-ego for SummerSlam, but what the heck, it was awesome nonetheless. 

...

Rollins asked for it and he got more. The Demon has been unleashed and he wants a piece of Rollins.

...

The Demon and The Architect go at it at each other. Balor goes for the Coupe De Grace, but Rollins rolled out in the knick of time.

...

Holy S*** chants engulf the arena! And why not, this is awesome! 

...

Seth 'freaking' Rollins better watch this freaking gem of an entrance! Goosebumps!

The lights go off and slithering out of the smoke, it is the Demon King. 

...

Rollins is taken by surprise by someone who barged into the ring. We don't know what just happened! 

...

ESPN, Jon Stewart, Jon Coach, CNN and everyone listen up; Rollins means business and he wants the Demon King right now.

...

Rollins is in the ring and feels he's never been more insulted in his entire life. 

...

Will Demon King grace RAW by his presence and give the fans one of the best experiences in the WWE? Let's wait and watch!

Rollins is hell-bent on searching for Demon King, but he can't seem to find him. For all the effort he's put in his demon hunt, the Architect asks for the night off. Foley has a better idea: to call out the Demon king in the middle of the ring.

Neville gets a taste of Jinder's boot. Pinfall, kick out at 2. Neville breaks the headlock and creates some separation. He lays Jinder out near the turnbuckle. He goes up to the top rope and the thing of beauty follows. Neville picks up the win with the Red Arrow. Routine stuff for the man gravity forgot.

Neville botched his entry into the ring. The bell rings and here we go.

Jinder Mahal in action against Neville up next.

The reunion of the PTP was short-lived!

Darren kicks off, but Titus snaps and delivers the Clash of Titus on Darren to lay him out. Backlund looks shocked as Titus walks away disgruntled. 

...

PTP have Bob Backlund in their corner. In the ring, Primo looked to take advantage of the distraction after and roll Darren up for the win. 

...

The Primetime Players are back together for one night only! They go up against Primo and Epico.

...

Rusev attacks Reigns backstage in a fit of rage. The officials come to the rescue to minimize the carnage as Rusev exclaimed that Reigns would pay for the what he did to Lana.

...

Jericho couldn't keep his hands to himself and assaults Cass. KO and Y2J lay Cass out to send out a strong message after the match ended in DQ.

...

KO ducks under Cass's big boot attempt and sends the big man flying outside. KO tries to powerbomb Cass onto the apron, but Cass counters with a back body drop.

...

Cass tries to fight his way out of a headlock and successfully does so. Cass connects with a big kick as KO was about to cannonball the living lights out of him. 

...

KO slithers out of the ring and gets some words of wisdom from Jericho. KO takes advantage by shoving Cass out of the ring. He follows it up by sending him face first into the ring post, after which, RAW goes into another commercial break.

KO sarts off with a string of kicks, but Cass stops him in his tracks with a shoulder tackle.

...

Owens seems impressed by Enzo and Cass's promo as he makes his way to the ring.

Big Cass vs Kevin Owens on the other side of the commercial break!

Brock Lesnar is the box office, claims Heyman and sells the WWE Network in the bargain. And why should you buy it according to him? You get to see Lesnar live. Heyman signs off by sending a loud and clear message to the Viper.
