Cena has Corbin in his crosshairs after the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He gets Corbin up and hits him with an Attitude Adjustment! 1-2-3! Cena overcomes Corbin!

Cena hits Corbin with a Tornado DDT as both men are laid out. He follows it up with a back drop followed by the Five Knuckle Shuffle.

Corbin gets back into the ring and his Cena with a Deep Six.

We come back from commerical to see Cena attempt to get Corbin up for the AA but fail. Corbin throws punches at Cena and Styles clearly loves it from ringside. Corbin gets distracted by Styles and Cena meets him at ringside and looks to blindside him. Corbin overpowers Cena and throws repeated punches at his head before rolling him into the ring. 

Corbin climbs back into the ring and charges at Cena who dodges, sending Corbin crashing over the top rope. Cena meets him outside but Corbin overpowers him  and charges at him again. Cena dodges once more, sending Corbin crashing into the steel steps.

Cena knees Corbin in the gut and dumps him outside the ring like trash as we head to the break.

Cena and Corbin circle around as the bell rings. Cena looks pumped up and with a point to prove. They crowd are electric as Corbin looks to fire the first punch. Cena ducks and hits a punch of his own before Corbin boots him in the sternum.

Mr. Hustle Loyaltly Respect himself, John Cena, makes his way down to the ring next to a pretty huge pop from the fans.

Baron Corbin makes his way down to the next first. The Lone Wolf looks super-confident as he gets ready to take on the 'Face that runs the place'.

John Cena vs Baron Corbin

WWE Champion AJ Styles comes out first. He told Corbin, before the match, to do his best AJ Styles impression tonight and "beat up John Cena".

Carmella (w/ James Ellsworth) vs CJ Lunde

Carmella is all over CJ Lunde as we start this one off. She sends Lunde face-first into her boot in the corner before hitting her with a Bronco Buster. Lunde finally gets the upper hand when Elsworth grabs her foot to distract her.

Carmella deposits Lunde outside the ring and as she distracts the referee, Ellsworth once again grabs at Lunde to keep her from getting inside the ring. The extra few seconds prove costly for Lunde as Carmella locks in the Code of Silence when she finally gets into the ring. Lunde taps out.

Historic Steel Cage match announced

Daniel Bryan and Becky Lynch are backstage watching footage from last week. Alexa Bliss comes in when Daniel Bryan announces a title match next week. He announces that the SmackDown Women's Championship will be defended inside a steel cage for the first time next week.

Orton tries to deliver the rope-assisted DDT to Orton but he runs into Harper and knocks him off the apron. Orton hits the DT and is looking for the RKO as an irate Harper gets on the apron and remonstrates. Gables uses this opportunity to rill Orton up. 1-2-3! American Alpha retain!

American Alpha def. The Wyatt Family

Orton and Wyatt argue after the match as Bray Wyatt tries to break it up. Harper goes for a sidekick on Orton but hits Bray instead. The situation is at boiling point but Bray somehow calms things down before walking away.

Gable hits a flying clothesline to the oncoming Orton. He then takes out Wyatt. Gable follows it up with a German Suplex to Orton but Wyatt breaks up the count. Gable then hits Orton with a flying clothesline from the top-rope for another nearfall.

Jordan clotheslines Wyatt as both men go down. Both Jordan and Wyatt make tags.

We come back from commercial to see Orton all over Jordan, grounding him with a headlock. Jordan tries to make a tag but Orton traps him in the corner before tagging in Wyatt who delivers a corner clothesline. Wyatt follows it up with a wicked running senton for a 2-count.

Orton hits a rope-assisted suplex to Gable. He covers Gable for the pin but Gable kicks out at 2. Wyatt tags himself back in a this point  but Gable hits him with a Jawbreaker before tagging Jordan back in. 

Jordan comes in and cleans house, suplexing everyone in sight before hitting both Wyatt and Orton with corner spears. Harper then distracts Jordan and Wyatt takes advantage. Bray tags Orton in as we head to commercial again.

Wyatt hits Gable with a massive shoulder tackle before tagging Orton back in. Orton takes Gable to ringside and hits him with backdrops on the barricade before rolling him back in and going to work on Gable's knee.

Orton Irish Whip's Jordan into the corner. Jordan attempts to hit a German but Orton elbows him in the face. Jordan tags Gable in as Orton powers Gable into the corner to tag in Bray Wyatt. Gable has Wyatt in the armbar over-the-top-rope. Wyatt then attempts a Sister Abigail but Gable rolls him up for a 2-count. Gable then throws Whatt out of the ring and hits him with a flying Cannonball from the apron.

Bray Wyatt and Chad Gable started us off. Wyatt goes aftr Gable who tags in Jordan. Jordan wrestles Wyatt to the mat and has him in a side-headlock but Wyatt powers him into the corner and tags in Randy Orton.

American Alpha (C) vs The Wyatt Family (for the SmackDown Live Tag-Team Championships)

The Wyatts make their way down to the ring first, followed by America Alpha. We get footage of a couple of weeks ago when miscommunication between Harper and Orton cost them the titles. The SmackDown Live Tag-Team Championship match is next.

John Cena is backstage with Renee Young

John Cena asks who the hell Corbin thinks he is. He says that Corbin doesn't need to make a statement with the way that he's been tearing through SmackDown Live. Cena adds that AJ Styles called him a 'has-been' and tonight Styles and Cena would realize just how much of a 'has-been' he is.

We come back from commercial to see Dolph all over Kalisto. Dolph has his smaller opponent in a nasty looking grounded headlock as he looks to choke Kalisto out. Kalisto struggles to his feet and hits a Jawbreaker and crawls to the corner. An enraged Ziggler charges at him but Kalisto meets him with a boot and hits a hurracanrana.

Kalisto tries to roll up Ziggler but he kicks out. Kalisto rolls him up again in a crucifix pin and this time he gets the 3-count!

Kalisto def. Dolph Ziggler

An enraged Dolph Ziggler attacks Kalisto after the match, almost clotheslining his head off. He then grabs a steel chair and continues punishing Kalisto.

Apollo Crews comes out to avenge his friend Kalisto but Ziggler unleashes the wrath of the steel chair on Crews as the crowd chants "Yes". As Kalisto holds the ropes ad gets up, Ziggler hits Kalisto with the chair one last time before walking away.

The crowd is loud and vociferous as Ziggler continues battering Kalisto, hitting him with a spinning elbow. Kalisto Irish whips Ziggler into the turnbuckle before hitting him with an Enzeguiri. Ziggler responds by knocking Kalisto off the apron and onto the floor as we take a commercial.

Ziggler re-enters the ring and he and Kalisto trade hammerlocks and submission holds before Ziggler knees Kalisto in the gut before hitting him with a neckbreaker.

Dolph Ziggler vs Kalisto

Dolph Ziggler turned heel last week, to a huge pop from the fans when he attacked Kalisto last week. They meet in the ring tonight and Kalisto is off the blocs quick. He hits Ziggler with side kicks before hitting him with a hurracanrana that leaves him rolling to ringside.

 Natalya vs Nikki Bella

Nikki Bella comes out with a fierce look on her face. She takes down Nattie as the two continue their brawl at ringside. Natalya throws Nikki against the barricade and slugs her in the face before they head for the ring again. Natalya and Nattie try to tear each other apart as referees come out to try and separate them. Natalya chop blocks Nikki's leg as referees pull her away.

Natalya continues the punishment after following Nikki out of the ring and locking in a Sharpshooter at ringside.

Nikke Bella is making her way down to the ring but Natalya jumps her from behind once again. Natalya sends Nikki crashing into a steel gate before walking away. You'd think that Nikki would watch her back better with what's been happening to her recently.

Miz tells Ambrose to give back his title before he swoops in with his lawyers and countless lawsuits. Ambrose presents Miz with his very own Miz participation award instead of handing the title back. The crowd breaks out into applause and start chanting "you suck" at the Miz. 

Miz blindsides Ambrose and starts pounding him in the back of the head. Miz holds Ambrose up so that Maryse can slap him but Maryse misses and hits The Miz by mistake. Ambrose recovers and hits The Miz with a Dirty Deeds. Dean then hands Maryse the Miz participation award before walking away.

Miz's music hits and the former IC champion makes his way down to the ring with his wife Maryse. Miz tells Ambrose that he taints the Intercontinental title every day that he holds it. Miz adds that Ambrose will now taint the Royal Rumble and follows it up by announcing the he will also be entering the 2017 Royal Rumble match!

Dean Ambrose kicks off SmackDown Live

New WWE Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose kicks off SmackDown Live with the first Ambrose Asylum of 2017. He also announces that he's entering the 2017 Royal Rumble!
