The first live event of the inaugural season, Karate Combat: Inception was held on the scenic waterfront in Miami, Florida, USA on April 26, 2018.
The main event featured Elhadji "Black Magic" Ndour from the USA versus Andras Viraj from Hungary. Two game heavyweight fighters, prepared for battle.
