Jorge Lorenzo wins Czech Republic MotoGP

Jorge Lorenzo is now tied on top of the standings

Jorge Lorenzo clinched the 2015 Czech Republican GP to go on top of the 2015 Moto GP Championships. The Yamaha driver was followed in second place by defending champion Marc Marquez and former champion Valentino Rossi.

This is Lorenzo’s 5th win of the season and with this win, he would now go into the next race tied on top with Rossi at 211 points, followed by Marquez, who now trails the duo by a whopping 42 points in third with 159 points.

Andre Iannone is in 4th spot with 142 points while Bradley Smith is 5th with 106 points. The next race in the Championships will be held in Silverstone in two weeks time.
