Brian shared a picture with his family at the victory lane on X, when their late father, Bob Keselowski won the ARCA race at the track in 1992.

"33 years ago we were here taking victory lane pictures. Can’t even begin to explain how it would be to do it again. Especially getting to be a part of it spotting for Brad. Absolutely can’t wait to get it started here in a few minutes for practice."

Brian, who is a former driver and crew chief, has spotted for his younger brother Brad before this season at Charlotte as TJ Majors was out on leave for medical reasons.

Brad Keselowski qualified 27th in Roush Fenway Keselowski (RFK) Racing's No. 6 Ford. The 200-lap race is scheduled to begin at 2 pm ET and will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime.

Brad is ranked 32nd in the Cup points standings after one top-five finish at the Coca-Cola 600 last month. Meanwhile, his teammates, Ryan Preece, in the No. 60 Ford and Chris Buescher in No. 17 are in 16th and 14th place.

"Super hungry to bring it home" - Brad Keselowski ready for Michigan after multiple near-misses

During an interview with FOX in May, Brad Keselowski talked about racing at Michigan International Speedway and said:

"I got a lot family still there and I get to see them and to race in front of them, just a tremendous privilege and you wanna win more because of that, right?"

The RFK Racing driver and co-owner also shared what it would mean to win at Michigan and added that he was eager to get to victory lane.

"It would mean a lot to me before, but now that I own part of the team with RFK, with Jack Rousch and to have him and his family at the racetrack, it would mean even more. We've been really close, we had two great runs last two years, top-fives, and second place finishes, pole and win stages, and leading the most laps, just haven't broken thought that win and I feel like we've done everything, I'm super hungry to bring it home," he said.

Brad Keselowski and Buescher finished in fifth and sixth, respectively, last year in Michigan. While the latter, who qualified in fifth for this week's race, won the FireKeepers Casino 400 in 2023.
