Amy reveals her “f***ing repulsive” Thanksgiving moment, husband Dale Earnhardt Jr. admits his feelings about his wife getting ‘grossed out’

Two-time Xfinity Series champion Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy Earnhardt are known for their playful nature on the podcast The Dale Jr. Download, and recently the couple opened up about their "repulsive" experience while preparing the Thanksgiving dinner along with several types of stuffings.

In the latest episode of the podcast, Earnhardt Jr.'s wife Amy highlighted that she used to cook Thanksgiving dinner, but her kids didn't eat the food, so she stopped cooking dinner. The show's co-hosts engaged in the conversation and mentioned they love traditional food with stuffings, pointing out their favorite stuffings.

Further, Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s wife asked the hosts, "Has anyone in here ever cooked a turkey before?" Amy mentioned that Dale Jr. has cooked a fried turkey twice, and she used to roast plenty of turkey but doesn't do it anymore. She explained the reason:

"I have also accidentally roasted the whole thing and didn't get the gizzard bag out or the neck, which is f***in repulsive. Thought I had all the stuff out and, like, got done making it. I'm like, Oh, sh*t." [00:40]

The former Cup Series driver couldn't control his laughter, recalling the moment, to state:

"I don't know why I get a laugh out of Amy getting grossed out." [00:48]

Dale Jr. and Amy got engaged in 2015 and married at the end of 2016, on New Year's Eve. However, despite being married for so long and a father of two girls, is is Amy Earnhardt who needs to dress up Dale Jr. half of the time.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. found a perfect solution to fit in his clothes years later

Amy Earnhardt appears twice a month on the Dale Jr. podcast, and recently she revealed that she needs to dress the 50-year-old former NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. half of the time. She highlighted that Dale Jr. feels annoyed by the fact that he outgrew his year-old clothes.

Earnhardt Jr. has been putting on a lot of weight lately, and none of his clothes would fit him. He defended himself by saying:

"Man, you know, your body changes so much over the course of a year, right?"

He added:

“And when you go buy the tux and you're getting something tailored, they tailor it to fit you. You go a year and you try to put that tux back on, and it's like not fitting today. Emotionally, you're like sh**!"

Dale Earnhardt Jr. revealed that he has found a perfect solution to the problem he faces frequently. He highlighted that he blew up his stomach as big as possible while his tailor took his measurements to make his clothes a tad bigger.

“While the guy's measuring it, I'm trying to make my belly as big as I can... I was trying to cheat it a little bit so that the guy would tailor it a little large,” Earnhardt Jr. laughed.
