Kyle Busch’s wife Samantha gave some health updates to her fans on social media. She has been suffering from unrecognized symptoms like brain fog, insomnia, anxiety, and stomach issues for quite some time now. Her test results said that she was doing fine, but the 38-year-old Indiana native knew that something was wrong with her cortisol levels.

Samantha addressed the matter through one of her recent Instagram posts. She thinks that her decision to invest in health is the “greatest investment” one can make. Adding to that, Samantha wrote:

“Along with the time I was experiencing my hair loss I was also having brain fog, trouble sleeping, anxiety, a constant upset stomach and so on. When I did all the tests, all my labs were “fine” but I knew something was off and have spent quite a bit of time now learning and researching.”

Samantha learned that she was suffering from high cortisol levels caused by overworked adrenals. She has already resorted to acupressure or acupuncture, box breathing, weight lifting, proper hydration, grounding, and Red Light Therapy. Along with this, she consumes health supplements from Phorm and Core-21 on a daily basis.

Besides being a lifestyle blogger, fitness influencer, philanthropist, IVF advocate, and author, Samantha is a motorsport enthusiast. She is often seen at the tracks with her husband and two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch.

Samantha plays suspect game with Kyle Busch while taking a morning run

NASCAR drivers need to take care of their health all year long, given how physically demanding their jobs are. To do that, Kyle Busch has started taking short runs with his wife Samantha.

One morning, as the couple ran alongside each other, Samantha thought of a game in which she would describe her husband as a suspect running from the cops and Busch would do the same for Samantha.

“Suspect is a professional athlete, but this is the first time he’s ran in like eight years,” Samantha said to begin with.

Busch was baffled. Gesturing at his “sexy body”, he said,

“What are you talking about?”

It was Busch’s turn next. He said that Samantha claims to be a good driver when all she wants is to be the passenger princess. Samantha, however, was ready with the most suitable response.

“Why’d I marry a NASCAR driver if I have to drive?” she exclaimed.

Kyle Busch closed the 2024 season with five top-5s and 10 top-10s. He has been winless since June 4, 2023. Nevertheless, fans expect him to return stronger than ever in the upcoming season.

Will Busch be able to regain his winning momentum? Only time will tell. His first race is on February 2 at Bowman Gray Stadium. However, the first point-paying race he’ll be running in 2025, i.e., the Daytona 500, is scheduled for February 16. Fans can watch the crown jewel event on FOX from 2:30 pm ET onwards or listen to radio updates on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
