NASCAR and IndyCar are set to clash at different events during the 2025 season as the latter recently revealed their broadcasting schedule with FOX. The exact start timings of the races will be clashing four times during the season and five more times IndyCar will begin mid-way through the NASCAR races, making it a total of nine such instances when the two motorsports will clash in 2025.

IndyCar and NASCAR are two of the biggest and most-grossing motorsports watched across the United States. Every year, there are instances when the schedules of both sports have clashing races (including the timing). After FOX released their broadcasting schedule, it was noted that there would be nine such races this season.

Here are the NASCAR and IndyCar races of the 2025 season that are set to clash on the same date and around the same time:

#1 March 23rd: NASCAR and IndyCar clash on both FOX networks

This will be the second race on the IndyCar calendar at Thermal Club. It will clash with NASCAR's first Homestead-Miami race. Interestingly, both the races will be starting at exactly the same time at 3 pm on both the FOX networks.

#2 April 13th: Long Beach and Bristol

The following race of the IndyCar calendar will once again clash with the NASCAR event at Bristol. However, the latter is set to start at 3 pm. Meanwhile, IndyCar would get rolling by 4:30 pm, making it a mid-race clash.

#3 June 15th: WWT Raceway and Mexico City

This will mark Indy's race at WWT Raceway and will collide with the Cup Series race in Mexico City. This is once again set to be an exact header as both races will go green at 3 pm. However, the Cup Series event will be broadcast on Prime Video.

#4 June 22nd: Road America and Pocono

Four consecutive races beginning from June 15th are set to collide with Cup Series events. On the 22nd of June, 2025, the latter will begin racing at 2 pm at Pocono, and mid-way through the race, IndyCar will start at 3:30 pm on Road America.

#5 July 6th: Mid-Ohio and Chicago

The two brands will go head-to-head, and another start will be witnessed at 2 pm in Mid-Ohio and Chicago. FOX and TNT, respectively, will broadcast the races.

#6 July 12th: Iowa Speedway and Sonoma (Xfinity)

This will be a clash between the IndyCar and the Xfinity Series race. The latter will begin at 4:30 pm in Sonoma. Meanwhile, Iowa will witness the IndyCar start half an hour later at 5 pm.

#7 July 20th: Toronto and Dover

This will be the final head-to-head clash between the two events. The races at Toronto and Dover will start at 2 pm and will be broadcast by FOX and TNT.

#8 July 27th: Laguna Seca and Indianapolis

The Cup Series Brickyard will clash with the race at Laguna Seca on this date, however, it will be a mid-race disruption. The latter is set to start at 3 pm, an hour after the start of the Brickyard at Indianapolis.

#9 August 10th: Portland and Watkins Glen

This will be the final clash of the 2025 season between NASCAR and IndyCar. Similar to the Brickyard, the former will start at 2 pm in Watkins Glen, meanwhile, IndyCar will begin an hour later at Portland.
