The new docuseries about the NASCAR legend, Dale Earnhardt, has grabbed Joey Logano's attention. The series has been the talk of the motorsport world for some time now, with drivers sharing their reactions to it, with the most recent one coming from Logano. Logano has been open in sharing his opinions on events in NASCAR. The 35-year-old does not shy away from praising or criticising different incidents or happenings in the motorsports world.

The 35-year-old recently shared his praise for the four-part docuseries on Dale Earnhardt that is streaming on Amazon Prime. He shared that he had finished the series just a day before.

"Incredible series, I learned a lot that I actually did not know. I thought I knew most of it, but I did not. It's interesting to hear a different perspective from Dale Jr., his sister, Kelley, to hear their perspective of growing up around him and the struggles they had... It's a very different perspective than we have heard before with other Earnhardt documentaries... Pretty interesting to watch. Definitely, a bit of a tearjerker at the end," Joey Logano said via Sports on Prime

Logano seems to be a fan of Dale Earnhardt from a long time, sharing his experience on watching earlier documentaries about the legendary NASCAR driver who lost his life in a crash at the Daytona International Speedway in 2001. Earnhardt's family still remains active in the racing world through his son, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and daughter, Kelley Earnhardt Miller, who co-own a team and work on numerous ventures together in the racing world.

Joey Logano is proud of Team Penske after the Nashville performance

Joey Logano couldn't help but praise his team for their performance at the Nashville Superspeedway, even though he didn't win the race. Logano's teammate, Ryan Blaney, went on to win the race, ensuring all four of Team Penske's Cup entries in the NASCAR Playoffs for this season.

Logano finished fourth at the end of the race and expressed his pride and happiness at the team's stellar performance and teamwork.

"The 12's (Ryan Blaney) been fast all year, so he deserves a win or so. I’m proud of Team Penske at this point. To have four solid cars out of that shop, including the 21 (Josh Berry), that’s pretty dang impressive. So, I’m proud of everybody and the effort to have four strong teams like that, it’s really hard to do,” Joey Logano told Peter Stratta post-race.

Blaney clinched a dominating win as he led an impressive 139 laps out of the 300 laps during the Cracker Barrel 400. Team Penske's rival, Hendrick Motorsports, has still not secured its Playoff spots, with only two drivers confirmed to qualify so far.

Joey Logano is currently ranked 8th in the Cup Series rankings for this season with 380 points so far. He would hope to continue his strong performance into next weekend at Michigan as well.
