NASCAR 2024: Here’s what Saturday’s schedule at Homestead-Miami Speedway looks like

The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity, and Truck Series are scheduled to be on the 1.5-mile-long track on Saturday, October 26. The action of the eighth Cup playoff weekend kicks off at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

In Friday’s (October 25) NASCAR Xfinity qualifying, Chandler Smith claimed his third pole of the season to lead the 38-driver field to the green flag at Homestead-Miami. Meanwhile, Truck Series teams are scheduled for the main event at noon ET.

The NASCAR Cup Series drivers will participate in practice and qualifying sessions before hitting the track for the Straight Talk Wireless 400 on Sunday, October 27.

Tyler Reddick, Sam Mayer, and Carson Hocevar are the defending winners of the Cup, Xfinity, and Truck events at the Homestead-Miami race, respectively.

The weather forecast on Saturday in Homestead predicts mostly cloudy skies with a high temperature of 82 degrees and 15 chances of rain at the start of the Xfinity race.
