NASCAR 2024 Xfinity Series: Driver standings after the BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway

10 races have taken place in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Joe Gibbs Racing driver Ryan Truex became the eighth different winner of the season after winning the BetRivers 200 at the Dover Motor Speedway on Saturday, Apr. 28.

In a thrilling double overtime race, Truex jumped to the lead before taking the white flag. A multi-car wreck then ended the race, and Truex became the winner as he was leading the field.

After securing the win at Dover, Truex was awarded 43 points and moved from 26th to 21st place in the Xfinity Series points standings with 150 points.

With a P7 finish, Chandler Smith gained 37 points and maintained the top spot in the Xfinity points standings. He has a one-point lead over Cole Custer with 394 points and two wins.

Carson Kvapil, who secured the runner-up finish in the BetRivers 200, gained 35 points and moved to 31st place in the standings with 75 points.

Brandon Jones, who started on pole, failed to utilize the advantage and finished 19th. He gained 27 points and is 12th on the points table with 232 points.

With a P5 finish, the defending champion of the Xfinity Series, Cole Custer, gained 50 points and moved to second place with 393 points.
