Following his practice at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Noah Gragson stayed with his team to complete the remaining work on his backup ahead of the NASCAR Cup Series race in Mexico. In a recently surfaced video on social media, Gragson was seen working on the #4 car, as fans praised him for his work.

Gragson had an eventful day during the recently concluded practice for the Viva Mexico 250 in Mexico City. The Front Row Motorsports driver found a lap time of 94.749 during practice and put himself in 21st place. He was 0.725 seconds slower than Michael McDowell of Spire Motorsports, who set 94.024 on the timesheet.

However, Gragson's practice did not end normally, as the #4 driver brushed the wall during the practice session. This resulted in his team calling for the back-up car ahead of Sunday's race at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

Noah Gragson has yet to win a race this season and qualify for the NASCAR 2025 playoffs. He is currently sitting in 31st place in the Drivers' Championship with 224 points after 15 races.

The #4 driver has a Top 5, three Top 10s, and an average start position of 22.2 and an average finish position of 22.7. As NASCAR is ready to race at road courses this week, Gragson does not have a stat to boast as he only has an 11th finish at Watkins Glen last year, and an eighth at the Circuit of The Americas, at Texas in 2025.

"I'm not sure what to expect in Mexico, but I'm excited to get down there," said Gragson. "It's a big event for our sport and a great chance to connect with new fans, so it's cool to be part of it. We've had speed every week-it just feels like luck hasn't gone our way. Hopefully, that turns around this weekend." (Via Speedway Digest)
