"She's um, she's very much a tomboy and very much like wants to do everything that her big brother does. So I felt like, you know, she could start running the cadet class at Millbridge and she's just so like competitive, but also like absorbs information. She's driven, can process. I can tell her something and can see her trying it while she's out there."

Recalling a recent racing experience that his daughter had, Kyle said:

"We went to California a couple of weeks ago and she raced at Cycleland Speedway to track that I grew up racing at. And she was doing a good job. I mean, there was 20 kids and she's probably, you know, 10th best out there. But she spun out on the first lap and got smoked and she was pissed. She was so deflated at herself, which I loved because you know, Owen, he'll have a bad race or something. It's like, 'Oh, whatever, you know, can I go play with my friends now?' And she's like, she was pissed. I loved that."

"Yeah, we've been chatting about it. Kyle, as you can imagine, definitely wants to do it in between our schedule, which goes from February to December, and NASCAR schedule, which I think is February to November, finding that window."
