"They've got a lot in common": When Danica Patrick received support from Dale Earnhardt Jr.  regarding her personal life

In 2013, Danica Patrick received support from Dale Earnhardt Jr. regarding her relationship with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. The former rookie of the year and the ex-IndyCar driver, who had transitioned from single-seaters to stock cars, began dating each other in 2013 after Patrick's divorce was finalized.

While the two called it quits in 2017, the relationship between Patrick and Stenhouse Jr. was the talk of NASCAR for the five years it existed. Patrick once described her bond with Stenhouse as a 'straightforward and simple' one.

And despite there being some who thought Patrick and Stenhouse's pairing would cause troubles in the garage, Earnhardt Jr. felt otherwise. The most popular driver in NASCAR shared his thoughts on Patrick-Stenhouse as he said:

"It's whatever people want to do to make themselves happy. I think they've got a lot in common. They enjoy racing. You know, I didn't think it was a big deal, to be honest with you."

As for the media's coverage of the personal lives of drivers and NASCAR professionals, Dale Earnhardt Jr. said there was a line and a gentlemen's agreement. But when it comes to having a personal life while being a public figure, he said:

"Your personal life, who you're dating, when you're getting married, where you're going to get married, what you do with your time off or your hobbies, I think that's totally fair game."

Danica Patrick had a message for her fans following her trip to Egypt regarding building 'inner temples'

Following a trip to Egypt in 2021, Danica Patrick penned down a long message for her followers in an Instagram post. In the pictures, Patrick posed with historical monuments and structures from Egypt, which also found a metaphor in her writeup.

Patrick urged her fans to stop searching for a 'religious structure or person or home or a job or a city or a partner' to make themselves feel better.

"Simply because it won’t work! I have tried! I would love to see temples here and now to cultivate our ability to build our inner temples. And to remember our magical abilities (supernatural power over natural forces). Us humans have been playing small for a while … and if you don’t believe me, go to Egypt," Patrick elaborated.

It's worth mentioning that along with Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Patrick has been in several high-profile relationships. She was married to Paul Edward Hospenthal, which was followed by a long relationship with the NASCAR rookie. After that Patrick began dating NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers in early 2018.

But after that relationship ended, Danica Patrick dated Carter Comstock, an entrepreneur from 2021 until early 2022.
