Parker Kligerman recently participated in the Credit One NASCAR Amex Credit Card 300 race held on October 26, 2024, at the Homestead-Miami race and finished in P11. After the race, the Xfinity Series driver was seen walking in pits with someone special, and the Big Machine Racing team captured the moment and shared it on their X account with a hilarious caption.

After the race, Kligerman went to the pit area and met his girlfriend Shanon Leigh. The couple held hands and walked into the pit area while the Big Machine Team recorded them from behind. Kligerman and Leigh had a long calm and relaxing walk, and they held hands throughout their walk.

Parker Kligerman's girlfriend wore a black denim skirt and a matching black top. To enhance her look, she paired the outfit with light brown knee-length heel boots, and Kligerman was in his racing jersey. The Big Machine Racing team captioned the post:

The #48 driver's girlfriend also shared this post on her Instagram story with two heart emojis. Parker Kligerman met Shannon Leigh in 2016. The latter was a vlogger and owned a YouTube channel before she stopped it in 2019. Shannon's Instagram is filled with posts of her supporting her boyfriend on the race tracks and their cute moments together on vacations.


Parker Kligerman's future in NASCAR Xfinity Series for the 2025 season

Former NASCAR Cup Series driver and reporter Parker Kligerman announced his departure from Big Machine Racing ahead of the 2025 season. Not only did he make an exit from his team, but also from full-time racing in NASCAR for the 2025 season.

During his podcast "The Money Lap," released on September 12, 2024, he made his decision public. He said:

“It’s not a small decision and definitely didn’t happen overnight. It was a lot of months of deliberating and thinking about it and going down one path and then another and going back and forth."

Parker Kligerman highlighted that he had been planning this for months and gave it a lot of thought. He was just one step away from making the decision, and the Portland race gave him the reason. He spent some time in Sonoma after his race and described it as:

"I went for a run and ended up on top of the mountain overlooking the water in San Francisco, and I had this moment where I was like, ‘I think I’m good. I think I want to finish this year out and then see what’s next."

The #48 driver ranks in the 11th position in the driver's point table. He has secured 14 top-ten finishes and five top-five finishes with an average finish of 11.935 in his last season as an Xfinity Series driver.
