NASCAR fans reacted to Kyle Busch getting involved in a physical altercation with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the garage area after Sunday's All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. The beef forced the NASCAR security and the crew members to intervene and pull the two athletes apart.

The 200-lap race was running its second lap when Ricky Stenhouse Jr. attempted to make a risky three-wide pass between Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch. Busch answered with a nudge to Stenhouse's No. 47 Chevy, which ultimately sent the latter into the wall and out of contention.

Moments after the race, the JTG Daugherty Racing driver walked up to Rowdy and confronted him. After a few rounds of back-and-forth exchange of words, Stenhouse Jr. threw a punch at the former Cup Series champion.

Following the clip uploaded by NASCAR on X, a fan commented,

"Well that got Rowdy!"

Another fan wrote,

"Busch temper tantrum on the track and got some payback in return 😭"

Here are some other comments that followed:

"That fight was more entertaining than any boxing fight in the last 10 years LMFAO," someone wrote.
"That one pit crew guy threw like three people sheesh 😂," said another.
"The crews need to stop getting in the way and tackling people. Let the drivers settle it," suggested someone.

A long-time NASCAR fan said,

"Busch got bitched ngl, THIS IS PEAK NASCAR."

The fracas was brought to a speedy halt as the #8 crew members asked Stenhouse's team to step down from their hauler. Stenhouse finished last in the event, while Kyle Busch recorded a P10 finish. Team Penske's Joey Logano started the race from the pole and also took the race win.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. called out Kyle Busch after the race

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. told Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports that Kyle Busch was mad about his start and took it out on Stenhouse in turns 1 and 2. Recalling the moments before the skirmish, Stenhouse said,

"We got a really good start, he left the door wide open, went through the middle...almost had him clear. The 34 kind of ran up the rack and we all just kind of touched there. Nothing major. And then Kyle (Busch) tried to wreck me in 3 and 4 and finally did wreck me there in 1 and 2. Bummed that we couldn't see it through the end."
"It was just hard racing. All-Star Race, short track; you gotta get as much as you can early," explained the Memphis native. "Once this thing stretches out, you won't pass. I felt like I did a really good job and he just did a poor job on the start and then he was mad about it."

When asked how Stenhouse was planning to handle the situation with Kyle Busch, he smiled and said,

"You can just watch afterwards."

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. stands 26th in the NASCAR Cup Series standings with 200 points to his name. His most recent Cup win came last year at Daytona International Speedway, where he held off the then-reigning Cup Series champion, Joey Logano, and grabbed the checkered flag on a double-overtime.
