NASCAR driver Zane Smith's wife McCall Smith recently shared a few snaps of her workout routine, where she expressed her contentment with the results she was getting from carefully curated routines with advanced equipment.
Zane Smith proposed to McCall Smith during a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race weekend on April 30, 2022. After a year of planning, the couple celebrated their wedding in January 2024.
McCall Smith shared snaps of her workout routine on a Stairmaster in the gym on Sunday, November 24. She uploaded a video of her working out on the aforementioned equipment and wrote:
"I have fallen in love with the stair master! I just started for the first time this past week and I did 2 minutes on level 6, 2 minutes on level 8, 1 minute on level 10, for 30 minutes. The burn and sweat is next level lol"
McCall then shared a video of her walking on the treadmill, following the 12-3-30 regime, which translates into walking on an incline of 12, with a 3mph speed, for 30 minutes. She wrote:
"Finished up with the 12/3/30 attempt on the treadmill but around 20 minutes my legs were about to collapse so I had to drop it to incline 10"

Zane Smith’s wife McCall opens up on the 'dream' about her husband’s NASCAR fate
Zane Smith's wife McCall has been a constant source of support in the NASCAR driver's life. Smith, who is still out of a seat in the Cup Series for next year recently received some words of encouragement from his wife.
On November 17, McCall Smith wrote on X (formerly Twitter):
"Had a dream last night that Zane won his first cup race! Hopefully, someday that dream can become reality 🙏🏼🤍. Can you tell I’m already missing NASCAR? LOL," McCall Tweeted.
Moreover, the former Spire Motorsports driver also shed light on his future earlier this year. He said (as quoted by Frontstretch):
“It’s been an absolutely miserable three-four months, I’m just figuring out what’s next obviously there’s not much available and there’s a lot going on in the sport right now," Smith said.
Zane Smith has been heavily linked to pilot Front Row Motorsport's third entry, however, their ongoing battle with NASCAR about the heavily disputed charter agreement has turned out to be an unexpected hurdle for his future.
