Spartan Poker Takes Over FTR Poker

Sooner than later, the news was around the corner. Quadrific Media Pvt. Ltd operated poker website Spartan Poker has taken over online gaming website FTR Poker.

The poker industry has been waiting to witness this major business deal take place. Recently, Spartan Poker also acquired a live poker room at the Big Daddy Casino in Goa. The poker website seems to have undertaken some major business goals this year.

The Gaming Deal

The acquisition took place only last week. Quadrific, however, has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction yet. The FTR Poker team made an announcement to its players through an official e-mail on 14 May.

Furthermore, the acquired portal also confirmed that the player balances have been migrated from Diode Gaming Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Quadrific Media Pvt. Ltd. FTR, however, is facilitating communication to Quadrific Media for any fund-transfer related objections.

FTR Poker has assured its existing players that the takeover is sure to give lucrative outcomes in terms of experience and monetary gain. With access to high-value tournaments and a variety of cash games, players will have abundant opportunities in hand.

Speaking about the deal, Managing Director of Spartan Poker, Amin Rozani said, “Quadrific Media has taken over the brand FTR Poker, player pools and existing balances. We are happy to announce this acquisition as it will add more value to players.

"In future, we may be looking at acquiring other poker websites as well and consolidating the industry.”

Now that the curtains have been raised, it makes sense why players on FTR poker were facing difficulties in fund withdrawals. They had been facing issues over the past few weeks due to the takeover in transition.

In the wake of the completion of the transfer process, the issue of pending cash-outs of deposits and winnings will be resolved in the next few days.
