A week after besting Irish MMA fighter Conor McGregor, newly-retired boxer Floyd Mayweather is still swimming in an ocean of money. After the epic clash, Mayweather reportedly walked away with $300 million dollars. However, the green rush didn't end there, as recently at a Las Vegas casino, 'Money' hit the jackpot at a slot machine.

He said that there was $70,000 in there but he had just won the jackpot. He then posted a video of himself with huge stacks of cash, thus cementing his 'Money' nickname. His 10th round victory over McGregor took the American close to the billion dollar mark, a milestone only achieved by golf legend Tiger Woods and basketball legend Michael Jordan.

Mayweather is currently worth around $92 million while Jordan is worth $1.7 million dollars and Woods is worth $1.65 million dollars. It is only a matter of time until Mayweather is officially inducted as a member of the elite 'Billion Dollar Club'.

After his match on August 26th, Mayweather reaffirmed his decision to retire from boxing so his match against McGregor was his swansong. The McGregor camp admitted that they were proud of the way that Conor fought but the loss was a bitter pill to swallow.

Now, while McGregor prepares to move on from the loss and onto his next target, Floyd 'Money' Mayweather prepares to savour his retirement and more casino visits so that he can win the jackpot.
