26-year-old Ankur Mittal took home the Gold in the Double Trap event for Men after a three-way shoot-off for the medals was decided on a shoot-off after they tied at 140. Mittal, who was trailing the Chinese and the Slovakian by one point, shot all his 30 clay targets in the final round to be on level terms before winning the shoot-off to claim Gold.

Gold - Ankur Mittal (IND) 140 (S-Off +4), Silver - Yiyang Yang (CHN) 140 (S-Off +3), Bronze - Hubert Andrzej Olejnik (SVK) 140 (S-Off +1). 7th Place - Asab Mohd (IND) 135, 15th Place - Shardul Vihan (IND) - 134.

Italy won the Team Gold, shrugging off the disappointment of not being able to make it to the medals in the individual section.

Gold - Italy 411 (Andrea Vescovi 139, Daniele Di Spigno 137, Marco Innocenti 135)

Silver - China 410 (Yiyang Yang 140, Anlong Liu 135, QI Ying Qi 135)

Steven Argiro of Australia began the final with a bang, scoring 17 consecutive clay targets to forge into the lead. With Lucas failing to hit the targets, Argiro widened the gap with 12 continuous shots. Argiro entered the final round with a 4-point lead, but he nearly blew it by dropping 3 targets before nailing the final one to take Gold.

Gold - Nathan Steven Argiro (AUS) 42, Silver - Logan Joseph Lucas (USA) 41, Bronze - Lorenzo Ferrari (ITA) 31. 6th Place - Ali Aman Elahi (IND) 10. 9th Place - Vivaan Kapoor (IND) 117, 17th Place - Manavaditya Singh Rathore (IND) 113.

India took the Silver as they were extremely unlucky to have lost the Gold to Australia on countback.
