#8 Super Mario World 2: Yoshi\'s Island

This game was released before the events of any other Mario game, back when Mario, Luigi, and Bowser were babies. The game “Super Mario 2: Yoshi’s Island” as one the greatest 2D platformers ever made. Even now, if you play the game, you cannot get bored of the baby Mario.

Fun fact, after finishing the game, you actually get a sight of Mario and Luigi’s parents as in the post credit scene their legs are shown and in the very last scene, the couple holds their sons in the air, proclaiming, “Heroes are born!!”

#7 Batman: Arkham Origins

After finishing the Arkham City, everyone thought what would be the next Batman game. And that is when Warner Bros. studios came up with the prequel to the first two games of the series titled, “Batman: Arkham Origins”.

The game features a raw and young Bruce who takes a persona called the Batman to protect the Gotham City. The game tells us how the Batman and the Joker became arch enemies and also proves to be successful in that. The only point where the game failed to impress critics was the unnecessary addtion of the gadgets. But still, if there’s Batman, we love the game.

The story of the game takes place 5 years before the story of the first game. The developers did not miss any detail becasue they knew that if they wanted the people to like it, everything had to be perfect.

The Eidos studios also introduced a new feature called the “Skill Tree” which allowed you to customize your character and also your playstyle. Human Revolution makes point-of-view sneaking work so well that I couldn’t imagine playing it in third person.

The events of Halo: Reach occur in the year 2552, just before the events of the Halo: Combat Evolved. Microsoft noticed that the players were getting a little bored of playing the Master Chief in the same old gameplay, which is why in this game they introduced the Spartan Armour.
